McDonald's — Restaurant in Middletown

biggest waste of $10 in my life I know what a iced caramel macchiato is supposed to be and they have whipped cream with caramel sauce dripping all on the side of it it's even in the picture and I got a large one and they hand me a plain iced coffee mind you there's not even any sugar or anything just milk coffee ice and the total was like $7.90 for that and a hot fudged Sunday and the hot fudge sundae when we tell you if I wasn't driving and I took a picture I'm so pissed I wanted to turn around but I had picked up my food from Great Wall Chinese restaurant and I figured I'd stop and get my drink and a dessert there before going home with the Chinese and I am so pissed that I'm writing this review as I'm driving obviously via hands-free. that's why there's probably not good quotation punctuation it's probably misspelled misworded and I apologize but I can't wait to leave the review for Great Wall because it smells like feet in my car and the only food in here is the Chinese food so God I pray that's not going to be disgusting as well cuz if I just threw $40 out the window I'm not going to be happy but if you want a good caramel macchiato don't go to this McDonald's if unless you just want a regular iced coffee and get charged three times the amount because that's what happened just now...

Very hard to understand the order taker at the drive-thru. The speaker was very crackle-y and it was cutting out like they had a bad headset.

The person taking the order also seemed very uninterested in taking orders and was not friendly or polite. They were very dismissive, answering everything with yup, uh-huh, etc. When they repeated back the order we heard that a soda was missing. We tried to tell them but they dismissed it saying "yup I got it." We tried to tell them that it wasn't on the screen and they dismissed us agian. When we got up to the window to pay we tried to tell them and they kept interrupting us saying "I got it". When we got the receipt, the missing soda wasn't on it and when we got up to the next window, we were missing the soda that we had attempted to tell them 3 times about. They did end up giving it to us, but it would have saved some hassle if they had listened instead of brushing us off. This McDonald's is notorious for forgetting my wife's food she orders a single McChicken with no lettuce without change every single time they always forget her food and it's on purpose you can hear them laugh in the back as if it's a joke but we spend our hard-earned money on simple food it shouldn't be that hard to put together, not only do they forget food as if it's hard to make a piece of chicken with no lettuce with two pieces of bread the place is disgusting tables never wash down management takes forever to get anything done there's always a line there's always forgetful food the floors are disgusting the people are rude it is never been polite service there it's always been disrespectful and treated like a joke as if our money isn't real and it's Monopoly money.
