Actually negative 4, by far the worst experience I've had anywhere in my life, corporate needs to look into this location and the cashier needs to moved or fired. I came into the store at 10 to get a McDouble and a mc chicken and a drink after the extremly long wait which makes no sense 10 am not really busy and every bit of 25 employees. I got met the worst chaser ever did not great me I had to start the convo I placed my order and decided I'd like to get a crispy chicken snake wrap instead, well she acted like that was the most horrible thing ever and a real inconvenience in the world. I actually apologized to her because I felt as if I did something wrong, next I asked what the price difference was on a large and a medium drink was and she responded like I was extremly stupid for not knowing they are all a dollar so I said ok I'll take a large which she responded with a large What? Again extreme attitude and then after all said and done I only got my drink with pop all over the lid and a McDouble I realized this returned to the front and informed them I was missing the wrap then the cashier looked over at manager and said he didn't pay that like I was trying to get a free sandwich or something at which point I said here I got the money to pay for it I just want what I ordered expressed to the manager my feelings towards the service and she acted like I said something wrong no attempt to resolve or even an apology as I was again waiting on my order at least four people voiced there dislike of service out load. Once I left I decided to call and just let them k now about this which I have never done in my life and she said I'm sorry I said I'd like to file a complaint and she did absolutely nothing but say sorry. Honestly I feel like Corp needs to have a real good look at this whole staff some serous changes need to be made here and McDonald's has lost a customer for...
Read moreTicket time 1017, left at 1124. Treated badly, ignored all night, cursed at and attacked for mentioning it appeared as if only the cook and the guy that comes in with a backpack were doing anything. Then when I blew up, I became the wrong one.
One woman with her Santa hat stood at the bagging station doing literally nothing but stating she needed to go to the bathroom while two guys frantically rushed to fill huge orders inside. When I said it, she said she's new...guess I'm held to higher standards at all my jobs.
The ugly manager was only seen to back up the meth head cashier that was angry with me for saying that only the two guys were taking orders, making food, packing food and working. I was told putting fries in the bag while standing around most of the night was new training. Don't know how I'll be treated if I go back.
IF READ: the guy that comes in with a backpack obviously works harder and better than EVERYONE THERE. the cook new years eve also was exerting some serious effort. These two are a testament to why some DESERVE 15-18/hr, and others don't even need to be hired.
The very sweet girl in her Santa hat should have been paying corporate. She spent all night shirking duties and acting as if new were a good excuse. She stood at bags, walked to fries, walked to bags, giggles and acting quirky while I waited 45 minutes for the two guys to catch up ad even start our food. She was the initiator of language, and the letter to corporate will say that as well. The cashier needs to work away from people, unless meth stained teeth and abrasive attitudes are what you want in a customer's first impression. The manager, tall lady, rough on the eyes, was invisible until she heard methgirl get upset. Don't mistake the candor and flippant nature of some of this review fool you. This place has been in need of change for a while and we are all too busy...
Read moreWe live within 5 minutes of the N.Verity McDonald's, so it is conveniently close by. However, since some of the older managers have left this place has gone downhill Fast! Off duty employees going behind the counter and into the food area id not only a health code violation but is also an Insurance liability! Fries are almost always old & cold. Food is made very sloppy (I understand the rush hour but seriously). Place is usually filthy, employees have time to stand around and talk with visiting friends and family instead of cleaning up the dining area and wiping the drink station which is Almost Always a sticky mess! Three days ago my husband and I dined in. Off duty employee (asst. manager I think) loitered and talked So Loud we could make out the conversation in the Back of the restaurant, The Entire time we were there with her friends by the kiosk. At one point they stopped watching their child Crawl on the seats, Climb OVER the Booths, and even Walk along the booth seats! I have also seen employees giving away free food to family or friends as well. When you report this to any manager on duty, Nothing is Done and thee are No Changes! This place needs to get their Act together because they are Ruining the company name and it may result in being shut down! Who wants to eat someplace where it's loud in More ways than one and listen to LOUD Obnoxious employees and their Loud Foul Mouth Friends? I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to Franklin and get BETTER Service, BETTER Food, and a Cleaner restaurant where employees aren't Nearly as Loud! P.S. And to see someone having to wait in line for more than five minutes for a regular coffee when that takes a Mere 10 -15 seconds to pour!! HAVE SOME PRINCIPLES!!!! Too bad there isn't a half...
