I wish to God I did not have to give them a one star but unfortunately that’s the only option that they give you one in there around 6 o’clock tonight ordered $50 worth of food just one of the orders one of the combo meals I made a mistake on and ask them to switch it to something else I got called a Karen by a black girl working the window, then was talked about In my face talking poorly about me and don’t even know me did nothing wrong. All I did was order my food made a mistake on one of the orders ask them nicely to change it it’s clear these people don’t like to do their job they’re lazy and they expect people to come in there and spend the Hard earned money And act like they’re in control because they’re making someone’s food. I mean I’m just gonna go somewhere else next time. I will never be treated like that just to go in somewhere and have a meal. Im gonna be honest with ya i live not far from this taco bell on verity Parkway but for the past few months its been horrible i stopped going there period. ..even though i have to drive out of the way to go to a different taco bell its all worth it in the end every taco or Brito we buy its an empty shell people are paying big money for these tacos and i swear the more you buy from this taco bell on verity Parkway the less meat you get i had to go in and show the manager what i was talking about there was only half a teaspoon of meat in this taco i could not believe my eyes i understand they cant just load these tacos down with meat but come on if we want to spend our money on an empty shell we could just go buy a box of shell's please look at the tacos there only putting maybe a teaspoon of meat in these tacos that we are all spending our money on...the one on breal blvd is on point you can actually taste and see the meat on there food.I think someone needs to get ahold of the main person in charge there ripping people off if you buy a taco you should at least be able to see meat on it come on people start putting meat on your food we should not be buying empty shells its not right to charge people money and...

Verity Taco Bell is normally one of the best fast-food stores in Middletown OH. Today, however I experienced a service failure that I must report. Using a mobile/on-line app, I ordered one of the Enceritos. After waiting in a fairly long drive up line, I gave my order number to the voice on the speaker and was pulled ahead. The nice lady at the window asked what did you have? I gave her the mobile order number and she disappeared into the bowels of the restaurant. A while later she handed me a bag through the window with a cheery here you go and I drove off into the night. When I got home and opened the bag, there was no Encerito, but rather an assortment of tacos and a chimichunga...which were all very tasty...but no Encerito.
