I went to this McDonalds a little before 10 last night and the food i received was COLD. The fries was cold, the chicken sandwich i ordered was cold and it had pickles that looked like they was just thrown on. The quarter pound I ordered that was supposed to be no onions and it had onions on it and then on top of that it was no bacon that it was suppose to have. The drinks was not even full. When we went back to the window to say something about the order the girl took the sandwich that had no bacon and went to the back and came back handed us a box with COLD bacon in it and the same sandwich that had been bitten into. which is against the mcdonalds policy to do to start off with. We never got a receipt and when we asked still never got a receipt. The girls working 10/20/21 was very rude. They was in a hurry to get out of work so they didnt seem to care if their customers was happy or not. I contacted the mananager this morning her name was Julie. She can not refund my money because I was not given a receipt but can replace the food....I tried to explain that after the treatment we got last night and it being the first time that i ate at this store and it would be the last time..... Needless to say I tried to contact corporate and they are not open until tomorrow. I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning........I did not have a very good experience at all with this store......bad customer service completely and...

Drive thru order placed for two sandwiches, one without pickles, one fry and two drinks. Only received one sandwich. Go inside and teen clerk asked if she could help and I explain we only got one sandwich ordered, and not the special order sandwich. She said ok and walked to group of three employees complaining to each other in full hearing of myself, and couldn’t bring herself to interrupt. After her being ignored by the group(only other employees in sight), I spoke up to them and asked if one was a manager. One said she was, and promptly told me I only paid for one sandwich, but of course I was not given a receipt. Did not trust buying another sandwich, as who knows what my daughter would get, so drive down the road to the next McDonalds. For those traveling, that would be exit 298 to the south, or exit 307 to the north-5 mile, just off the exit either way! The sandwich we were served was cold and had obviously sat it’s time and more……….No attitude of service here, just a bunch of unhappy employees making sure you do not get...
Read moreOctober 31 update. Remodeling seems to have been getting rid of half the counters and finally using all the trashcans. The "out of service" sign has been removed from one beverage dispenser. It still doesn't work but the sign is gone.
June 24th update. I was right. The bright uniforms, the table numbers, the trays, all of it is gone. Is it all locked up in a closet or does some manager take it all home when no important people are coming by?
June 19th 2024 update. Upper management seems to be visiting today! Everyone is in bright new uniforms. The trash cans are all turned so you can use them. The table numbers for your orders are out! I didn't know they even had any. Our "for here" order even came in a tray and someone brought it out to us. I know it won't last but it's nice today.
They have never quite reopened all the way from Covid. Only half the drink dispensers, kiosks, and even trash cans were ever put back in service. The food is standard McDonald's. Service is best if you go in and order from a kiosk. Most of the menu screens don't work so know what you want if you go to...
