I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt to this place, but I should have paid attention to the reviews. I notice now that most of the 5 star reviews are 2 or 3 sentences long - a good tip off that they're not real. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo off the Build Your Own Pasta section. The sauce tasted like olive oil and milk (and that's pretty much what it looked like as well). The chicken was thin, dry, and chewy. The service wasn't awful but wasn't anything special. The best part of the meal was the bread that came with any entree. I ate a couple bites and didn't take it home with me. It just really really wasn't good. Generally I'd give a place another chance and order something different, but based off the reviews, it sounds like everything is just as bad as the pasta. And $16?! That's with no beverages or dessert or anything. Sheesh. I won't be back.

When I opened my burger, I found this... What looks like parchment paper... Instead of the American cheese I had ordered. The delivery guy had already left, and we didn't want to bother returning it, so I checked the whole burger and just ate it anyway... Without cheese. Also, the SAVE10 coupon code no longer works, so I don't know why they still have it on their site. The only reason this gets 3 stars is because they delivered quicker than the estimated time, the motz sticks were okay, and the guy that brought them out was nice. I wouldn't get delivery again only because there is no easy way to return the food if something like this happens again, and judging by the other reviews, it sounds like they wouldn't have accepted it anyway.

The inside of this restaurant was bigger than it looks from the outside. The food we ordered was pretty good as well as the price. We were able to order via the lunch special...quite a bit of food for the price especially nowadays. My half Italian sub n fries w/drink was pretty good. He ordered a breaded chicken sandwich also w/ fries n drink....although his fries were cold but they replaced them with no problem ๐Ÿ˜Š. The staff were very accommodating. The only thing missing was some background music ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜it was fairly quiet. We'll definitely be back๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‹.

Will not go back! First, their online menu is not correctly priced....prices much higher when placing order. I spent $30. on a small Hawaiian pizza lacking in flavor with too much dough and not enough toppings, especially the pineapple, one basic cheeseburger that they claim is 1/4 lb., and an order of mozzarella sticks. I didn't appreciate that they threw our side order of mozzarella sticks in the same to go box as my friend's cheeseburger. I guess they are trying to conserve boxes but this is not a good practice as they had no idea if the mozzarella sticks were going to be for one person or shared. Also, the burger was small but placed on a roll two big for such a small pattie. The cheeseburger was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo but had none of those items, just the cheeseburger on the roll, which my friend doesn't eat anyway. Thankfully, they at least remembered the side of ketchup and mustard. What I didn't appreciate was when I called to notify them of the mistake THEY made for an overpriced burger that didn't even include chips or a pickle, I was made to feel like I was fibbing at first but then she said I could come back in for compensation of some kind. This was the same lady who took my order and chatted with me in the store and seemed really sweet so it surprised me that she questioned my feedback. I also didn't think it was fair that I'd have to take time to go back to their store to get compensated. They had my ticket, copy of signed receipt, and cc info on hand. There's too many other great pizza shops around to overpay at this restaurant. I understand prices have gone up but when you overpay for low quality, quantity, and mistakes,...

I have been a repeat customer at this place for a short time, and have never really been thrilled with the service. However, this past Sunday (12/22/19) I called to order one large cheese pizza. As always, I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I picked some things up at the Giant and went in to the restaurant about 25 minutes after placing the order. The place was empty, no one in the restaurant area, 3 people at the bar, and I was the only one at the counter...they hadn't even put my pizza in the oven. I was left waiting for ONE cheese pizza for another 45 minutes.

The customer service here is bad. They seem to act indifferently towards customers. There is no warmth, no hospitality, no urgency, and no apparent desire to be friendly or otherwise satisfy customers unless you're a regular at the bar. This has been my experience more than once.

I was particularly disappointed this last time because they made a pathetic attempt to make it right. Someone brought me two garlic knots to munch on while I waited which was such a paltry offering given the inconvenience, and they hardly acknowledged their error. They should have discounted the pie, given me an order of the knots, or something, but instead it was bare minimum. That is what you should expect from this place...bare minimum.

Their pizza is ok, but not worth $12. Their pizza is ok, but it CERTAINLY isn't worth waiting 45 minutes for. Having to deal with both of those things is ridiculous, and they lost a customer. I won't...

This has been some time coming. I love this place, and my wife and I have been loyal customers for years. Tonight changed ALL of that. Not only are their prices going up, while quality of food has gone down, but quality of staff and decent business practices have also gone WAY down. My wife ordered online a large pizza with half toppings on one half while the other had just plain cheese. When we got it, the entire pizza was covered in the toppings. When we called to ask about the mixup the woman said there was nothing she could do. Upon asking for the manager she claimed to be the manager and that she wonโ€™t refund us the money, or replace the pizza. She told us this was all our fault essentially, and should have just called. Problem is, why even have online ordering available then? If you canโ€™t comprehend simple reading comprehension on a third grade level from an online order, you really think your hearing is going to be better? This is now the second time this has happened. This first time I ordered in person, and my order was wrong and the same woman refused me service, when a cook who knew I was a repeat customer came out a diffused the situation, and even gave me and extra few wings for my trouble. This woman tonight was blatantly rude, and downright disrespectful to my wife. As a manager myself, this is in no way to treat any customer, own up to your mistake, and fix it. โ€œWe canโ€™t do anything about itโ€? Really? Go to J&Js...
