New China — Restaurant in Middletown

I'm both a DoorDasher as well as a customer when it comes to New China. Every time I have decided to work and grab orders from here, they've always been the quickest to get the order fulfilled, and on the table. I'm either waiting a few minutes for them to be done, or it's already to go waiting to be picked up. As a customer myself, they're wonderful. I've always gone for the pork blood in hot chili sauce (I watch GMM on YouTube and it intrigued me. No it's not as bad as they make it seem). I've tried the szechuan beef once, I've had my usual shrimp Mei fun, and a few other entrees to try as well as the Boba tea. I haven't ever been disappointed in a meal. Everything has came that I've ordered, nothing was ever missing, it was always hot whether I picked it up myself, or had it doordashed to me, and you can't go wrong here. I don’t understand what’s going on lately, but we have been ordering from this restaurant for over a year and just of lately (past 2 months or so) orders haven’t been going through properly when we place them online.

Once it was never delivered and the person answering was very rude (we even had a confirmation email from that time). Honestly, it’s just too much of a hassle trying to order food and then the people answering being rude every time.

At first I thought it was just the language barrier that caused them to come off rude, but no, the woman there is just mean every time and raises her voice no matter how polite you are.

Ordered from this place for 7 years . Today we discovered two bugs in the gravy sauce for the egg foo young . The wife & husband were super argumentative, rude, and ignorant. They didn’t believe us when we informed them of this issue . We asked for a refund and it was like pulling teeth after going back and forth with both the husband and wife for ten mins . They clearly didn’t want to refund the money . You would think after so many years they would take our word . This has never happened before .
