Tony's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Middletown

1st time there, mid week lunch.

Got a cheeseteak and a slice of pepperoni. Food came very quick.

The slice was very good. Crispy bottom and a bit doughy with ample cheese and toppings. Could have used a bit more sauce, but that's a personal preference.

The cheeseteak was very good, flavorful and doughy house baked rolls. Meat was not greasy. Adequate amount of meat and cheese.

I'm a big guy and was pleasantly filled after that.

People were very nice, and there are zero complaints about the food or service.

There were1.5 negatives.

The place needs a paint job. Not sure how long they have been open, but it looks like they took over an existing spot, but didn't paint it before opening. I say that because there's paint rubbed off all over the walls at table height. But it's a different table height, meaning a different table rubbed off the paint.

Also the day I was there the fountain sodas were broken. It can happen, no biggie. But they had a very small selection of bottled drinks(that's the 0.5 negative).

Definitely will be going back soon. If they've Painted, or if the soda is still broken, I will...

If you go in and order and you sit and watch all of the so-called negative comments would be legit the girl is very rude not only to her parents I believe they are she's rude to her children and don't care how she talked to people I'm sitting right there watching her talk to her child like a dog and look how she's talking to the customers about their complaints instead of apologizing and making it right for the customer she's cussing you out. I ordered a Cheesesteak sub last week and had too much salt so I had to throw it away with her attitude I didn't think I would get a refund so the following week I ordered one with no salt it was pretty good but her attitude!!!! I'll go to McDonalds instead. She'll probably cuss me out for this review. And then I'll probably send my sister her way who works at Department of Children Services her kids and her parents I believe they are petrified of this girl and usually when you're running the people like this their bark is worse...

Just got food from here. Now I've had alot and I mean alot of pizza from all over middletown. It all has been kind of mediocre. This place isn't really any exception. I read the reviews before coming here to and I honestly should have listened. However I didn't experience any rude social interaction what truly matters is that the food speaks for itself that's the voice of your business. I think they should invest in higher quality ingredients and shrink portion sizes. It wasn't the worst thing I'd ever eaten but I don't think i would've spent what I did now knowing what the food tastes like. To the owners, times are rough I understand that completely, but I would seriously recommend completely changing how the pizza is made.
