Absolutely horrible customer service!! Went through drive thru with my 4 kids tonight around 9 ordered 2 biggie bags , a cheeseburger on the side and a small drink received the 3 drinks and 1 bag I asked if everything was in there she said yes stupidly I believed her..gave her exact change and she didn't give me a receipt..when I pulled off 1 had so much food missing like $10 worth missing..I go to pull around there's so many cars now so I had to go inside..I tell her I'm missing food she's staring at me like a deer in headlights she ignored me went to make other orders and then said let me see your receipt I tell her I don't have one because I wasn't given one...she is not helping me what so ever to get the missing food just staring at me.... I said if you're not going to do anything about it I'll give you the food and drink i have and I want my money back ...after a debate she gave me the money back ...don't you think it would have been easier to just say no problem miss let me get that food YOU PAID FOR so sorry about that!? Awful management!! Good thing I don't live anywhere near there would hate for that to be my local late...
Read moreI frequent this wendy’s all the time and for the first time ever I got lied to and my food taken back as a consequence. They got half the order wrong and half the food is cold. I ordered a 1 French toast stick and 1 cinnabon pull apart two minutes after breakfast and the guy at the window ended up letting us have it. When we get to the window we are then informed that there are no cinnabon pull apart left. Our order decreases by like $8 so they technically charged us for 2. Then a woman gives us our food and it has 2 cinnabon pull aparts the rest of our food without the coffee and burger. She then demands our cinnabon pull apart back without giving us our card and we’re saying we thought they were out. she’s not listening to us or the other employee at that initially served us when we’re trying to say we will pay for it. at this point we think she just wanted the last two for herself. then she served us cold coffee and a cold burger. worst fast food...
Read moreSlow service, cold food, but hey it's Wendy's right? Our last visit was more of a comedy of errors rather than what you'd expect from a chain fast food restaurant. The first mistake was making a new hire take the orders during lunch hours. I had top repeat my order several times, and in the end they still got it wrong. Now my entire order wasn't numbers, but I did order straight menu items without substitutions,so you'd think it would be straight forward. While the ordering process was a bit tedious repeating everything two to three times in the end we got there. I wasn't the only one to experience this judging by the line forming as we were eating our cold food. Cold fries.. at lunch time.. it wasn't 3 in the morning this was 12:30 in the afternoon.. how does this happen? They also forgot my wife's chili that I only asked for twice, third times the charm.
