Yesterday was truely the last time we went there. The waitress might would do ok in a dive sort of bar where no smiles or friendliness is expected, but when i go out to eat i expect to be greeted and smiled at at least once and not get stared at impatiently while chewing gum like a cow chewing her meal for the second time. We ordered jalapeno poppers and it came with cocktail sauce!!!!! I asked if they have any type of dipping sauce for them but I was told no between shoveling the gum back and forth in her mouth. So I asked for jam, jelly or marmalade and she said they dont have any. I had to ask her 3 times because I know they serve breakfast and then she finally got us some jelly to eat with the poppers. The appetizers came out with our meals at the same time. I had the smothered chicken which was topped with cold oily onions and pretty much uncooked mushrooms. My husband had the Reuben that came with no 1000 island sauce and the meat and sauerkraut was very sparingly. On top there were ppl with their kids that were so loud, I could not wait to get out. Worse than at a McDonald's playground. But I am sure my food would have been warm and served with a smile at McDonald's. Last time we spend a dime there. Rather go to Lanny's or Lake Breeze, the staff is friendly, food is warm and plentiful at...

I went for the specials advertised on the internet, only to find out they would not honor them and the prices were almast double. Ordered anyway because we try and be supportive of Sanford Flood Victims Businesses but two meals were completely cold, like starch in the potatoes starting to coagulate and butter wouldnt melt on the french toast. Told the waitress and she reheated the hashbrowns but the order came back smaller than it left lol some where along the way they must have dropped some. Also didnt reheat the meat or eggs. One order didnt get thier toast. In all fairness, the fourth order was ok, not very warm and the omlette was slid off center and a mess but over all still pretty edible and even good. Oh, but the bacon was tasteless and hard and chewey like jerky. Tried to catch a waitress but she was not in sight. I couldnt finish my bacon and left with an upset stomach. Asked to speak with a manager but there wasnt one available, left my number and got no call back all day. Overall, very frustrating and dissapointing experience. For 50 bucks plus 12 percent tip, I expected at least the respect to call me back. At this point, prob wont...

This has to be one of the best breakfasts (2) I have had. Delicious three egg omelet filled with sausage, cheese, and hash browns covered in a delicious sausage filled gravy. Be sure to order American Fries as this has to be the absolute best I have eaten. Very crisp and large quantity. Went back again the next morning and had another fantastic breakfast. I don’t usually eat at any mall restaurants, but this was the best ever. I regret that I didn’t personally complement the chef. You must try this place, and the coffee was bold, flavorful and so very smooth. Went back again for a great breakfast and was still really pleased. Three eggs that were perfectly cooked over medium with soft whites and not brown and crispy. Again, the American Fries were very well cooked with crisp and brown.
