Bush's Chicken — Restaurant in Midland

Didn't get to eat here, didn't know they(or this one in particular) closed earlier on weekends then weekdays. So when the lady came out to tell us, I began to laugh because I thought it was funny. We pulled up, to look for another place. Someone yelled at us from the store that they got our plates and we were planned for harassing employees. We were like ok, weirdest thing ever and we continued to look for another place. A couple minutes later, he came back out and proceeded to tell us to get off the property before he called the cops. I asked what his problem was and he said I called the lady a b word. I love bushs chicken but this location kinda stinks on customer service Asked young man if my meal came with large or small fries his reply was some fries are larger than others in each order. 2 asked young lady for large fries she said we don't have large we have individual or family size. Today I ordered 3 piece meal guy goes in comes back a few minutes later says it will be a little bit while they cook chicken I tell him I don't want to wait and ask for card back he goes back in for few minutes comes back and says he can give me cash or it will hold my money for 5 days before it puts it back on card. I was a first time customer in the establishment. A bunch of young kids, but I still assumed they could count. They gave me 10 pieces of chicken when I ordered a 15 piece. So, I paid almost $30 for a 10 piece. It was my fault (and a red flag) that the cashier didn't give me a receipt, he immediately balled it up and threw it away (He must have known the cruelty he was about to do to me). Also, I shouldn't have to ask for a receipt, but as a business you should always give the customer a receipt.
