This was the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Noted I used to work at a chick-fil-a a few years ago I asked for a chicken wrap with a spicy breaded filet and the cashier and manager refused. I then ordered a salad with a spicy breaded filet. Before receiving the salad I ask the drive thru expeditor if the dressing was in there and he confirmed it was. I continue to check my order and see that no dressing, forks, or toppings were in the bag. I also realize that it was just a plain grilled chicken instead of my spicy filet. I let another drive thru attendant know the situation and he told me they were going to make a new salad for me and fix my order. After I received such said salad I see they picked off the old chicken and threw the smallest spicy filet they had in the salad and gave it back to me. When I worked at chick-fil-a this was not the standard we upheld nor treated our guest. I can say I am truly disappointed at this chick-fil-a and how their employees acted. Read moreBy far the worst CFA I've gone to. I was excited to have one near our house. We went opening and dined inside. We were all disappointed that no playground was put in like the rest of the ones in Midland, but that could be overlooked. The service was fine in the dining room, but we aren't going to dine in if there is no playground. My kids enjoy their food, but we also like going and eating letting the kids play when the weather is not favorable. Every other CFA drive thru here is in a class of it's own. Great quick service, not this one. I gave them some grace when they first opened because I know that every place needs to work out the kinks, but the drive thru at this place is still horrible. You wait 20 minutes, even when the line isn't long and a majority of the tine, something is wrong with the order. I'd much rather go to the one on Wall St. They really need to fix their issues at this location because it will not stay open long at the rate...
Read moreBeen to this location only twice and both times the orders were wrong. The second time I thought I would order online to ensure there is no confusion. Wrong again! From the time I received the online order confirmation and received my food was 45min. 20min of it was still waiting at the front of the line in the drive thru. No benefits from ordering on line and still did not get the order correct. When I pay for something I want to receive it. When I pay for something or a service and I don't receive I feel like I've been stolen from. Chick fil a you can afford to lose customers such as me and never notice but don't forget to listen to the people or you'll end up like some of the fallen (Blockbuster or Circuit City) to name a couple.
