I was giving this only 1 star, but then "Brianna" at Little Ceasar's Customer Service saved the day!! However, the "mgr" or the guy who identified himself as such on the phone tonight at this location needs some "Customer Service TRAINING"!! I ordered delivery through Door Dash. NBD. Done it before. However, my cheese pizza was a pepperoni. I called the store asking for it to be replaced. "Mr. mgr" said i needed to place ANOTHER order through Door Dash or come up & get it myself. Um...no. "I" didn't goof up. I ordered delivery b/c "I" didn't feel like going out & "I" was willing to pay for someone else to drive. He also (incorrectly) told me that Door Dash would need to refund me for my order. After speaking to 2 agents & a mgr at Door Dash, "Mr. mgr" is confirmed to be incorrect as I was transferred to Little Ceasar's Customer Service where I was clearly advised that "Mr. mgr" could have and SHOULD HAVE resolved this issue HIMSELF - IN HOUSE - without my necessary calls to Door Dash, Little Ceasar's & this little educational lesson for everyone to refer back to should anyone have any Door Dash/Delivery issues with this location/"Mr. mgr"(purposely lower case). So, my order is being corrected appropriately, where it should have been a 1st call resolution at the store rather than at the call center. I'm very grateful to Brianna and the Door Dash folks who all tried to help along the way. One additional note: the number at the bottom of the order screen to call for delivery issues did not work. After being WEEKLY customers to this location for over eleven years, after this experience we will no longer be giving them our business. After the new renovations this locations customer Service has gone completely down hill. We ordered a new BBQ pizza, an all cheese pizza, 1 hot and ready and 4 bread sticks and ended up waiting 45 mins in the parking lot while my husband stood in their lobby watching the staff give out everything we ordered except a cheese pizza to other customers. He addressed an employee who was rude and short with him and said it would be a minute. I finally came in when my husband text me about how upset he was getting. I demanded a manager who when he arrived was the same rude employee my husband talked to. I explained the whole situation and my aggravation and he just looked at me and said he could get me ANOTHER bread stick! I was further sickened and demanded a refund. We received our money back and walked out. No apology by them and no food...After 45 min. I would have complained to the franchise owner but I couldn't find any contact information to contact them. Read moreWalked into little Cesar’s tried to order 2 hot and ready pizzas , there were 4 available in the hot and ready slot. There were other customers who went in there, the hot and readys were never given to anybody and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. The cashier was very rude and impolite in the way he said things to me as well very disrespectful. I’ve worked fast food chains and I know the run abouts. I do not agree with rude and impolite staff if the customer was not rude back at all even then don’t make everyone else miserable because you’re having a bad day it’s uncalled for. Went to the other little Caesars on south Saginaw manager who took my order there said it takes 12 minutes max in a rush. Mind you 4 hot and ready pizzas were ready and not handed out at north Saginaw. Very disappointing people work to get money you are supposed to work and do the job and task at hand not push customer's out. Sad to see people working and not properly...
