I didn’t catch Ai made a mistake on my order. I was supposed to have 4 Doritos tacos and only received one. We told the window clerk and was told we should have payed attention and then they closed the window on us. After sitting for a few minutes, they opened the window and told us to turn back around so we did. I then checked the rest of my order and received a soggy taco and told them. They told us we had to turn back around then we would received 4 of the tacos I didn’t get. So we did just that. A new clerk (looked like it may be the cook) he was extremely polite unlike the first young man and female that we dealt with previous. We had to go back in the line. We eventually received what I thought was 4 of our Doritos tacos but later found 1 soft shell and 3 Doritos. The customer service was extremely unacceptable and impatient while we were nothing but patient but also extremely irritated. The girl working tonight with glasses was extremely rude and had an attitude because we didn’t catch the Ai didn’t hear our incorrectly. Then the young man with the glasses was extremely rude and closed the window on us while we were complaining about our concerns with the order. Read moreThe staff is great and the food is good. I rated it less than 5 stars due to my experiences with having to go back due to a forgotten item. Also (although rare) the items may be a tad cold so I would check the bag for your order and feel the outside of the items just to make sure it's warm. I don't often run into this problem but It has happened once or twice so it should go in my review. The forgotten item is almost more often than not with my orders though they are always accommodating an quick to fix the error. I order large quantities of food ( my bf and family love taco bell) so it is easy to any food place to accidentally forget a food item and as I have worked fast food, I do not get angry about it because I understand how I happened and how my order is consistently complex and large. However because it is a consistent error as well I do have to put it in the review for people who really don't have time for a mistake.
IBS havers, Taco Bell does not have many, if any, suitable options for the majority of us. Read moreWell, it was interesting to observe the lunch hour today. First, I noticed most of the tables were filthy dirty. No one washed them during my visit from 11:45-12:23. A few customers had issues with the pop machine where the pink lemonade or lemonade was a totally different drink. Apparently, a couple of lines were hooked up incorrectly on the pop machine. After the 2nd customer complained in a laughing and polite manner a manager was talking while she was working and hollered at someone to look at it. Finally, after the customer stood there (still smiling) for a bit and the line up of customers was growing for the drink machine. Finally, a worker brought out one drink from the prep area, then worked on the machine. I'm sorry, after the first customer told about the machine acting up, then the machine should have been looked into at that time or someone should have been getting drinks from the prep area to get caught up in the dining area. Still, no clean tables for people to sit at and customers wipe down their own table and benches. I feel that companies cut costs in the wrong areas.
