Everytime I come here to this location in Midland ,I order a salad and let me tell you what the staff here is amazing they make my salad so awesome personally, they custom make it to my liking always so sweet,friendly great customer service always with a smile,even when they are busy they take the time with each customer to make sure they get things the way they want.I don't know about you ,but we live in a world where good customer service is not always something you get from people anymore even when they are busy . So I will always go to this location for my salad when I am on that side of the state. I appreciate the workers there they are definitely a class act. I have been meaning to review this subway for a while so here goes.. there is a female there that seems to be the closer most often, anytime we come here it is later at night and she is there.. well SHE ROCKS!! Our subs are always AMAZING with her making them and she even follows my special requests with a smile 😊, we pass three subways and drive 30 minutes for this one in particular and order on the app. Whoever u are, I hope you read this and your boss too.. you make the best SUBS! Disgusting! I ordered dinner for several folks. I ordered the “rotisserie-chicken” footling, and 2 others…I also paid for 3 cookies! This Subway screwed up EVERYTHING!! I left a msg when I had realized they sent me a TUNA sandwich (which NO ONE ordered!!) and only 2 of the 3 cookies we paid for…THEN, we realized my sons girlfriends sandwich was completely incorrect, too! What’s worse is we did an ONLINE ORDER, so there is NO EXCUSE for screwing up!! Plus, no one has called me back to resolve this either! Just like the Walmart...
