Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole 24 years of life. I clearly asked for a specific order and received it differently. I then decided to go inside because it is not the 1st time we get our order wrong through the drive thru here, and as a result, we don't end up eating our food since we don't like the added food items to our original order... I went inside and the store worker denied how I had originally ordered my food even though he wasn't present. He then sent the owner or manager I believe, who then denied her mistake by making it seem like I had ordered incorrectly. I told her it was okay and asked for my money back. She later sent her worker to tell me they couldn't do that and he asked what I wanted to do. I insisted and remained persistent on needing my money back as I felt disrespected, and that they either didn't care or were trying to take advantage of me. After knowing that I wasn't going to leave, the worker finally gave in and said he would give me my original order without extra charge and also apologized by saying he wasn't the owner and had been abiding by their rules. 10/10, don't...

Honestly, this was hands down the worst Agua de Melon I've ever had in my life. It was far from "Fresca" — in fact, it tasted like someone found the most overripe, borderline-rotten melon in the back of the fridge and thought it was still good enough to serve. Every sip was a disappointment, like the flavor was trying to convince me it used to be fresh, but couldn't hide the fact that it was well past its prime. The whole experience was pretty unpleasant, and it only got worse with their fresas con crema. I don’t know what they were thinking with the crema, but it was so watered down it might as well have been skim milk. The strawberries were limp, flavorless, and couldn't save the dish either. It felt like I was eating something that should have been thrown out days ago.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place — you’re better off finding somewhere that knows how to serve real, fresh aguas...

This is a small, colorful and neon iluminated place in Midland. But this food is for locals DEFINITELY, if your taste sents is not including salty, sour and over sesoning food, this is not for you!! I had got stomache pain after tryed 😩🤣😭😭 Ojo it doesn't mean this food is bad. My hubby was delighted.
