If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I am absolutely in awe of the service and the way the employees acted after my cousin and I scheduled a same day appointment. The front desk was unprofessional sitting on her phone with her leg hiked up on the chair. They didn’t schedule us for two people when I specifically called and booked for 2 people so the front desk asked Savannah to fit my cousin in back to back with me and she said she could. Mind you, I booked for a wash and style. Savannah was rude and didn’t talk to me once and as soon as she finished with me she told us that she could not fit my cousin in because she had an appointment. She told me she would reach out to her colleagues and see if anyone could come and do it for us. We sat there for 20 minutes until we finally decided to leave and no one was at the front desk so we had to wait again. Savannah then came up and asked if we were leaving and I told her I just wanted to pay and speak to someone about them no scheduling us properly and if she knew she couldn’t for us both in why didn’t she call someone sooner to take my cousin. She pretty much ignored everything I said and as soon as the receptionist came in she just told her to charge me for my appointment and that she can’t take my cousin. I then explained to the receptionist everything that happened and told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said no one was in which is not right, there should always be a supervisor or manager in for these kinds of circumstances, she said she would take my name and number and have a supervisor call as soon as she’s in, it’s been two days and I have not received any phone call or anything. Needed hair color and hair cut. I am very picky because I tend to pay alot for something simple. I don't do highlights and just need a trim. Now first time in my entire life the hair color is all over my face and the result was two different colors nothing close the color I had. I can do a better job even cutting it and it may not look good in the back but in the front it does and if I'm paying for a sucky job plus giving a tip since they don't have change. I rather do it myself. Too expensive for something simple. So I can't imagine what they charge people who get more done. Nah it's too expensive and the young hair stylist doesn't have much experience so with time maybe they'll get better. But girls word of advice a good hair stylist doesn't do exactly what the costumer wants, they see the hair and give advice to make it better without ripping them off and still ask if they want the change. I had an INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING experience with TORI BROWN at Hola Bonita. I went in for beige blonde highlights and walked out with a brassy orange mess. I was so excited to get my hair done, but instead, the entire experience was nothing but STRESSFUL. Tori canceled and rescheduled my appointment six times—three times for the original booking and three more for the "fix" appointment. Instead of keeping the appointment to correct her mistake, she continually canceled and blew me off. After feeling completely disregarded, I finally asked for a partial refund ($150 of the $325 I paid), which she refused. PLEASE AVOID making the same mistake I did. PLEASE AVOID TORI BROWN.

99% of my google reviews are positive. Unfortunately, this was a HUGE NEGATIVE.
