Went into their new location today and was very dissatisfied with everything we ordered. I ordered carne seca preparada and ordered it with only the carne, shrimp, & salsas. When I looked at my order it had no shrimp, so when I told them; they said it doesn’t come with shrimp & the guy I ordered from over heard and said “ it does come with it “ mind you they took it back and just threw 4 shrimp on top of everything, they didn’t even mind adding the salsas to it. I also ordered hot cheetos preparados and told them no Valentina, when I got them I told them I had ordered them with no Valentina and he took them back and “scraped” the Valentina off. Drinks and snacks are really good! Last time we got strawberry banana smoothie it was sour and warm wasn’t cold mainly was sour cause of the strawberries. So my husband went inside the store again for a different drink the girl at the counter immediately knew something was wrong so she thought maybe adding ice and it being cold it would taste better which it did once she added it and we also decided to get another agua drink that day which tasted 10x better than the smoothie! Ayer fui por un elote y me dieron uno ya echado a perder de muchos días, le di una mordida y sabía horrible. Fui a decirles de una manera educada para que me regresaran mi dinero y la mujer que me atendió me torció los ojos le llamo a un tipo muy grosero igual que ella que ni siquiera vio el elote y ya me estaba diciendo que eran de hoy. Y después se fue sin decirme nada, tuve que molestarme para que hicieran algo. Solo regreso y ni una disculpa me ofreció y le dijo a la cajera del dinero sin dirigirse a mi.
