I went in to pick up my mobile order the other day, ( Sunday 1/5/2025 sometime between 12:30, and 1 pm), and the girls that were there were rude and showed no respect to any of the guests while I was there, but let me tell you. They were not greeting guests when guests walked in, it took around 15 minutes for me to get one of them to pay enough attention that I could ask if my order was ready!!! I noticed another lady standing by the counter and she actually stated, "good luck, I've been waiting 15 minutes, they haven't said a word to me, and I've had issues with coming in after doing an online order, and they claim to have forgotten about my order, so then I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to make it!!" There was another guest that was up at the counter he had not been able to get any service either. Total there were maybe 8-10 guests in the building, most of them sitting with their drinks! Only 2 cars in the drive thru so it wasn't that busy! They were 3 young girls, so I tried to be understanding, but as a mother of 3 teenagers i was quite shocked at their behavior, they were very rude and they snooty. 3.Starbucks corporations has very high standards, I worked for them in my younger days, and this definitely did not fit into those standards, maybe do some retraining with the girls, or at least have an actual adult there to help keep them in line. This truly is a 5 ⭐️ location with great employees so I’m glad I don’t need the two sweaters, two blankets, hand warmers, and small heater that I brought today. The only reason I gave just 3 stars is because I’m a very hot-natured person, always hot, but I feel like I could get frostbite in this store. It’s not just me either, customers come in, shiver, & leave. There’s conversations among us about how cold it is. It’s not just cold either, it’s breezy! So the air must run constantly. I’ve mentioned it & was told that it was turned up but I’m still sitting in a breeze with an icy nose, ears, toes, and worst of all, fingers while I’m trying to work. I always order a drink and something to eat so I’m complaining as a regular paying customer. To be freezing with a sweater & a lap blanket is insane. Read morePros: The morning shift employees who took drive thru order and manned the window today (12/12/24) were kind, patient, and polite. I arrived just before they became super busy, but they served several cars quickly and efficiently. I imagine it’s so easy to slip into “get em in get em out, no time for pleasantries!” mode, but the ladies with whom I interacted stayed positive and warm. Thanks for great service on a busy morning.
The quality of Starbucks’ food has greatly diminished in quality and quantity, but the price has remained the same (or risen), thru no fault of this location, obviously.
The drink prices have risen to a point that feel ridiculous for the product received.
This is NOT a great location for an informal meeting or for studying. It’s loud, surfaces are harsh, and the HVAC system is hard to avoid if you’re uncomfortable with the temperature. It’s as if this location was designed to feel like an airport lobby, and is not in any way inviting. One wonders if...
