Pretty annoyed. I called in at the start of my lunch break to place a to-go order. No answer and get an automated voicemail. I hung up, waited 5 minutes and called back to place a to-go order because Iām driving in from out of town and want it to be ready to go when I get there so I can pick it up and head back to work. Tiffany answers and there is laughing in the background. I told her Iād like to place a to-go order. She responds āWe arenāt doing to-go orders over the phone, you can come in and order for take outāā¦.. UMMMMM WHAT?!?!I asked her how long it would take because Iām driving in from out of town on lunch break. She said itās not busy and should only take 5 minutes. But thatās not the point! Iām calling so I can have it ready when I do come because I have a limited lunch break. Why even have a phone if you arenāt going to take phone orders. Incompetence. I couldāve had my order placed the while time she was busy telling me they arenāt doing phone orders and itās not that busy. Guess she was joking and playing with co-workers and why my first call didnāt get answered.
I get there and proceed to have to wait in a 15 minute line and an extra 10 minutes to get my food. Also, there is a sign that clearly says āCall in and Online ordersā. Barely made it back to work on tome and didnāt even get a chance to eat. Their customer service is a JOKE! Not...

I didnāt see her ring up āno baconā so I gently reminded her āno bacon right?ā. She confirmed but with attitude. I take the sandwich back to the hotel and when I open the box, guess what I find? Yup - bacon. I call the store and speak to the other young lady that was there and she apologized and said sheāll have the replacement ready by the time I come back. Up to this point, Iām not even that mad - just a little annoyed but keeping it cool. TeI walk in and place the original order on the counter, and the little blonde kid that messed up the order was standing there with a smug look, offered no apologies and didnāt even acknowledge my presence. She even proceeded to crack childish idiotic laughs with the other server and was unprofessional. I understand sheās probably inexperienced and has no education but this doesnāt mean she should not respect customers and not bother apologizing when she makes a mistake. The other server came back with the correct order pretty fast and even though she was cracking jokes in the kitchen as well, she kept it respectful and food was good. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe eat here weekly, we enjoy the food...when they get it right. The last couple of weeks they've been out of certain ingredients to make the items we order & we are not forewarned. We just get the essentially half made entree with no explanations or apologies or even acknowledgements of missing ingredients. Aka no bacon for the bacon cheddar melt...missing cucumbers or tomatoes on the salad. And once, mine even had a whole ROTTEN grape tomato on it. Disgusting. We either return to the counter or call back to the restaurant when issues like this arise for rectification and get a lousy apology or nothing at all. We ordered ahead and had to sit 10 mins past our promised pick up time, which is fine- no big deal, but then half the order was missing from the bag...what?! Then when they prepared what was missing, a teenage worker didn't even have the decency to HAND it to us. She instead dropped it on the counter in front of us and walks away.
