Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Midwest City

Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream and their product is still amazing but I don't know wth they are doing in the hiring and training department. The store on S. DOUGLAS in Midwest City, OK has 6 people working their tonight. The manager cannot take it when it's busy. One person in the drive through and 3 people in the store is considered too busy and she shouts at her staff and speaks ugly to them which they don't care much about because they are all high AF! They cannot remember a single order they are given and they move like sloths. I don't want this store to close down but the District mgr needs to visit this place often. The mgr shouted for someone to lock the front doors at 8 o'clock so no one else could come in and they could catch up on orders. It's pure chaos and...

I came here to pick up an mobile order. No one was upfront at all to assist any customers. I waited 5 minutes before someone finally did come. The person that finally came upfront chose to take the order of someone who came in after me and didn't ever even address me at all. Never once asked me what was the name for my mobile order nor did I see anyone working on my mobile order. Two other employees came from the back to help and still no one offered me assistance. They would even make eye contact with me but not greet me or offer any help. Very poor customer service. I don't even understand what just...
