As parents we are always worried about the level of care our babies and children are going to receive, right? I know me and my husband were so worried about finding a good pediatrician for our newborn son and 7 year daughter. We googled peds in our area and found Dr. Craft, he had great reviews so we decided to take a chance. Our expectations were definitely met with this amazing office! The receptionist and nurses were very friendly, which is rare these days. I feel like anywhere we go in a professional setting we have to prepare ourselves for attitudes. Dr. Craft himself was awesome, he was friendly and he obviously cares about his patients. He answered all of our questions and when my newborn son had to get his bilirubin numbers checked, he called us back himself the same day and told us the results. Dr.Craft and his nurses are great but the scheduling at this office is a constant issue for us. The ladies up front aren’t very friendly either. Today marks our 2nd appointment scheduled over a month in advance that has been canceled. Last time Dr.Craft went out of town and this was for a follow up on my son’s ear appointment. We never were able to match up times to be able to reschedule this appointment. Today we went in for my sons 1 year to be told Dr.Craft was out today and no one even bothered to call and tell us. They tried to say they called but me nor my fiancé have a missed call from them. There have also been 3 different occasions we tried to get a same day appointment when our son was sick and never could be seen. They also do not schedule any appointments if your child is sick unless it’s same day and you have to call them right when they...

My children were declined being seen because office staff stated my federally issued photo ID card would not suffice as valid identification. After I asked to speak with the office manager twice, a nurse came out and stated only a drivers license would be valid. I then contacted the OKC office and thereafter received a call from the MWC office manager who stated that my ID would be valid, but unfortunately they would not be able to rectify the situation. I was told nothing could be done and I still could not have my children seen, even after stating it was at fault of the clinic. I was told I would have to reschedule an appointment, which for the time frame needed has about a 2 month waiting period.
