Update 2:. Chicken is still hit and miss. Tables are sometimes neglected in terms of clean, but today they were wiped down when I got there. Got the burger instead of the chicken today even though I am not supposed to have red meat. It was a good burger, I'll give them that much. They still seem short staffed at times, but at least this location appears able to properly cook and season their burgers.

Update: Not a lot changed. Seem short staffed as the tables aren't being wiped down (in the 20mins I was there all tables were used and dirty and never wiped down). Chicken was good this time, but tbh even a broken clock is right twice a day. Hopefully they get more people so they can be less stressed and maybe send a wipe-down on occasuon, or at least set out some wipes for customers to wipe the tables themselves.

So after repeated visits I am confident Braums just hates quality chicken. It is always "tolerable" at best, "I would hesitate to feed this to my cats" on a bad day. I am sad about this. For basically $9 I would expect the chicken to be fresh, not rubbery, not hard and stringy, not overcooked, and if I get breaded I expect more chicken than breading/skin. Seriously their breaded chicken was like someone squished a nugget, wrapped it in skin, battered it and fried it. Awful.

Their burgers are decent. Not ideal, but this location usually cooks them fine and doesn't drop a pound of seasoning on it.

Drink machine looks a bit sketchy but O haven't died yet.

I didn't even want to give one star, this place Deserves a Zero. Everytime I order food it's Wrong. I wanted to give them one more chance and...,.I ordered a deluxe hamburger, the smaller one, No Cheese, No Pickles, No Mayo, Extra Braums Sauce. I waited in line for literally 15 minutes like I'm at Whataburger or something...Get my food, ✔️ it, I got a Cheeseburger, With Pickles, Y'all they didn't even put tomatoes, or lettuce. I pull back around, waits 15 more minutes, asks for refund, manager in her car at the most busiest time, I said I'm not moving. I had already wasted almost 30 minutes. The bald head black cook comes to the window, LOOKS me dead in my face, and I told him I'm not moving, "I just wanted a simple refund, I'm allergic to cheese, and my order was wrong Again," and dude started yelling at the top of his lungs, which made me yell back, because First of All Sir idk who you're use to speaking that loud and aggressive too, but it's not Me! I don't domestic violence vibes, I'll react before you have the chance Period!! Been there done that!! Y'all put cheese on my hamburger, NO vegetables, I would've been at the ER, and Your store would've gotten the bill. Watch how you address folks, especially when You made the MISTAKE! Everybody is not playing! Don't waste your time going to that Circus!! Service...

Anyone who was working tonight should probably be fired. Drove up to the drive thru at precisely 10:21 pm. The speaker was never answered. Upon driving up to the side I see employees in there and I know that you are supposed to be open till 10:45 pm. Wouldn't that constitute as a customer that I should be able to order up until 10:45 pm? Upon seeing employees inside I decided to go inside to place my order. To much disappointment once again when the only person who notices me is then trying to pass me off to two other employees that clearly ignore him. Reluctantly he makes me this shake (pictured below) ..... Is Braum's supposed to be known for watery shakes or thick shakes?

Every shake I have ever gotten before this instance has been thick. For the past two years I have lived in the neighborhood across the street, behind the Smart Saver. For the first year food was consistent and what I would expect. Which is why you even get a second star. Otherwise this would be a one star. Sadly this is one of many occurrences from the night crew in particular. Being someone who has ran restaurants I'm very curious to know how managers deal with labor when 7 people are still "working" at 10:21 pm. When I was the only customer even there.

Please do not offer me free food. Just do your job is...
