Churches is Extremely Fortunate to have Maria on their Team! We had been planning to go to the Churches at 9010 NE 23rd Midwest City, OK but when I got in our 15 year old van it was completely and totally Dead. I then called the Churches and they gave my call to the manager, Maria who asked what I needed and after I explained our situation and told her we were experiencing “Chicken Withdrawal” Maria asked for my order and directions to our home stating that she would put the order together and then deliver it to our home in about 15 minutes. This High Level of service is very unusual during the slowest of times let alone on Wednesday right at the dinner rush. This Lady is a Saint among your Managers! The entire Churches Corporation and their shareholders would benefit greatly from allowing other employees to truly comprehend the importance, meaning, value and financial benefits of standing out from the multitude of restaurants who are serving good food but are seemingly clueless regarding what your level of commitment to providing Outstanding...

I waited and was told if I needed a refill on my tea to come back up and I could get refills while I waited. And when I went to get a refill. The only refill I asked for they acted like. I was stupid and had already dispose of it when they knew there was a customer that just ordered that still there. Waiting after ordering through the app for the food. Read moreI ordered a pickup order through door dash. They refused to give it to us and refused to cancel the order saying it was a door dash order and had to be picked up by one of them.
I called 43 times before someone would answer. The lady I spoke with, had a heavy accent and kept telling me that the food had already been picked up. She said I needed to talk to the manager that would be there in 20 minutes.
Turns out that was a lie, not only was the manager there and on duty but so was the GENERAL MANAGER and he informed me that he was at the store the entire time this was going down and just decided not to help. It is 3 DAYS LATER and I STILL DON"T HAVE MY $45 worth OF CHICKEN OR MY MONEY BACK. NO ONE THAT WORKS THERE WILL PROVIDE A NAME. The transaction is still pending in my bank account and must be completed by the merchant.
