I've been coming to this particular location since they opened, however the quality of the service has been declining. It took about 20 minutes to go from the ordering screen to the window. I was asked to wait to order, which I did. Once I was asked on place my order, I proceeded to order 2 combos and a side of onion rings. I knew something was off when the screen items kept changing and the person taking my order wasn't even asking for my drinks. When she asked about the order, I repeated what I wanted and pointed to the screen been inaccurate. I then moved to the window (after over 15 minutes with 3 cars ahead) thinking they would fix it there. They took payment, without properly verifying the order and then handed me the bag first, not the d rinks. There I saw 2 hamburgers and an order of frice. I had to ask about the drink (at his point I disnt feel like asking for sauce). When she said it was just one, I asked her to repeat my order, then told her what I actually wanted. She asked if I would like to buy the other drink and fries. At his point I was tired and just asked her to fill the order as per my receipt. I understand sometimes new trainees have rough days, however this just makes the experience there unbearable. I'm not sure if I'll come to this...
Read moreUPDATE- it’s been only 18 hours since I posted my review and I was already contacted by an area manager, talk about customer service! To say I’m impressed with the follow up of my review is an understatement. The area manager was professional, courteous and customer service oriented and I was given a thorough explanation about my experience and am satisfied with the outcome.
Way to go, Freddy’s! Thank you for showing genuine concern. I’m so happy I didn’t have to live with the disappointment I felt and decide to have to find a runner up burger elsewhere.
I upgraded my stars from 3 to 5 just off of the level of customer service.
How does a place known for frozen custard NOT have quarts or pints in stock? Especially since I ordered a cone to go and got that meaning there was custard and the ability to fill a quart or pint with said custard. Is it a supply of the carton issue?
The burgers are hit and miss. Sometimes it’s right on and some times it’s too salty. Today my burger was too salty, my waffle cone ALWAYS has a crack in it and there were no pints or quarts of custard to go. HOW?
I actually enjoy eating at Freddy’s when everything tastes the way it should but it’s honestly hit and miss at this location. The fries and sauce are the best thing about...
Read moreI'm not impressed. Steak n shake burgers are almost identical, taste better and cheaper. Freddy's desserts are way over priced. Dairy Queen is 5 min away and Braums is closer then that. Family of 4 burger meals and 3 mini desert was $48. I refused to get a desert because of price but bought 3 for wife and kids. They told me it wasnt worth the money. The drive thru definetely needs help keeping orders straight. I had to tell them what I ordered and still had to ask for the rest of my order. I received my drinks first and they acted as if I had everything. Then I received the burgers in a bag and I asked where the fries are. Then I had to say I think the 3 deserts on the counter are mine also. I know the place is new but shouldn't be this bad right off. Later my 16 yr old son, who suggested Freddy's to begin with, said he wasn't impressed either. He had only gone before in Moore to get dessert. He said the burger was too salty for him and def liked steak n shake better. I ordered a kids meal for my younger son and nothing special. Same size fries & burger, but smaller (mini)drink and no separate bag. Thought it was weird that the kids meal didn't have...
