I hardly ever do reviews on fast food chains, seeing as it's pointless, but I couldn't help but share my experience with anyone reading this. So on September 1st, I call my wife on my way home from work. It's about 11pm at this time and she tells me that she's hungry. Understandable seeing as she's 5 months pregnant. Mcdonalds is the only place open in the area at this time of night, so she tells me to go pick her up a salad from there. Now, we hardly ever eat fast food and avoid Mcdonald's like the plague, but this was just one of those rare moments where i would stop by and get something quick. So around 11:30 I pull up to the talk box and wait. I sit at the box for a few minutes and hear nothing. I say, "hello?" Still no response. I figure they didn't see me pull up, so I go to the second window and peek inside the store. I don't see anyone at first, but then after a minute or so a Hispanic woman, probably in her 20s, walks to the counter area. She looks at me, mumbles something, and looks away. Then I proceed to be ignored for over 5 minutes. By this point I already decide that there's no way I'm eating here, but I still wanted to have a conversation with someone about this ridiculous service, or lack there of. I tap on the glass multiple times, and the woman still ignores me. Finally she heads out of sight and she comes back with an Afican American female (most likely the manager) with a toothpick in her mouth. She comes to the window, and without even opening it yells, "We're closed." "Well, that's fine." I respond "but I've been out here about 15 minutes and no one has bothered saying a word to me. You've all just been ignoring me, hoping that I would leave and I want to speak with someone about it, please open the window so I can hear you." She mumbles something. "I can't understand what your saying, please open the window." She shakes her head no, and I just stare as the hispanic female in the background just laughs. "We're closed, byeeeee" the female yells again as she waves goodbye to me. Her and the hispanic female laughing hilariously as they walk off. Then, after all that, I leave. I was furious to say the least. All that they had to do was open the window and say, "Sorry, we're closed", but no. Instead they take the opportunity to waste my time and insult me simply for wanting to get a salad for my wife. I get that these people hate their job, but treating someone like this just seems ridiculous. I recommend staying away...
Read moreAfter working a 12 hour shift I stop by on my way home to get some dinner as I am much too tired to cook. Man at the speaker was rude, had to confirm my order myself as he was not going to. Asked for a number 2, bacon and cheese add tomato with a sprite. Very simple. Woman at the window tried to argue that I had to be an Uber order had to state what I ordered three times for her to find it just for me to pay. Now we get to the food and the truly sad part. Obviously the drink and fries are easy and while the fries may have been cold oh well that’s life and usual. Though when I open my bacon quarter pounder box. Clearly marked as the bacon (and also costing an upcharge) and find solely a quarter pounder with tomatoes thrown on and onions thrown about haphazardly but NO bacon I can only cry and just wish I had made my own dinner and not wasted my money and time. It’s sad that not a single member of staff was kind and showing customer service skills of any kind AND they left out the quintessential part of my meal. Just ridiculous. I highly suggest going to ANY other establishment. Oh and don’t try to call. The number is fake and does not work. Always fails. Read moreGood morning to whom may concern, over the past 3-4 months the service has been horrible at your store, as a local business owner I have spent on average 4,000-5,000 a year with your location, I usually stop there every other day for breakfast also, today will be the last time I come back, today I pulled up to order and the girl told me I would have to wait 5 minutes as the system reboots meanwhile 2 mins later a car pulls up next to me and orders, then another car orders, she never came back to me so I pull all the way back around and finally get noticed and when I asked her she said it’s first come first served which I get but I was there first, this particular girl is always a issue, and there are several other employees that have bad attitudes, I just wanted to share my experience and I have been coming to this location for 5 years and have always spoke highly up until the last 3-4 months, as I leave a bad review I will also say that this store used to be the best around but there is a new location at Reno and Midwest blvd that has now become the best one...
