Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Midwest City

Worst experience ever!!!! Pizza didn’t arrive till an hour after driver left the store. It was cold. When my husband called to talk to the manager the manager was hostile and kept cutting off my husband. My husband was very calmly explaining that the food was cold when the manager hung up on him. Husband called back and told the manager not to hang up that he was trying to get this corrected and the manager began yell and cursing. That tipped my husband over the edge which lead to a screaming match. After the 4th time the manager hung up my husband drove there to get a refund. He said the manager was dirty and foul. Yelling obscenities and almost jumped over the counter at my husband. A worker called the cops and they kept the manager from my husband. We never got a refund or a call from the owner. We called customer service and filled out the survey. We will never go to them again. $60 for cold pizza and violent behavior is...

Was told it would take up to 45 min for delivery to our hotel room. No biggie, after 57 min called papa John's by hitting redial and Jeremy answered. I said was just checking on the delivery and he said they don't deliver to hotels. I went over the whole order and even told him the cost i was given. He still said they don't deliver. Ok. So hung up, went to the same website i used from before and called EXACT phone number as before. Same dude (Jeremy) answered. He was rude about telling me i did not make an order with them. Worst papa johns. Estimated delivery was 30 minutes called after 45 they said there’s only one delivery driver. Ok. We wait an hour and half we called again and they said the delivery driver has been gone for a long time but he’s heading to us. After we say we should’ve gotten a call if it was going to take this long, he hung up on us. We decided to go to the restaurant as we are starving at this point. The cashier hands me a disgusting looking pizza that has been sitting there for likely since I ordered it. I wanted them to remake it and they said I could get it remade tomorrow.
