So to add the dissappointment of this place it would take me a long while as I am pretty upset. We literally order from here 4 times a week almost ar least 3 for the last few months. One time they gave us the completely wrong soup ( I live an hour away mind you) and noticed when we got home. They offered a 10% off on our next order (didn't even offer to replace) that doesn't even cover a tiny bit of gas to drive there! So today I ordered vegetable egg rolls and soup I always order with cabbage added (not replaced) the man said he remembers me and knows what I order regularly. My boyfriend gets there to get the order and they don't make veggable egg rolls anymore. Okay , fine. He gets to my house , almost two hours away and there are no noodles in my soup. Rude worker said I said replace them with cabbage. That was a lie I added cabbage like I always do because thier menu says lemongrass soup comes with cabbage , and it doesn't. He offered a small discount again (actually offered cabbage only lol), and laughed a bunch at me, no apologies and was so very rude. This place lost a consistent customer, and they are cheap a$$ liars. But thanks anyway because it was time to start my diet. You know who you are, and keep laughing at losing customers. I'm sure I'm not the first. Cheapskate and the WORST customer service ever! And the owner/manager lady that doesn't speak English is just as bad , she instructed the first mess up to not replace and that man with the accent that answers the phone (I forgot and moved on). EDIT: A nice man that speaks great English (I have never spoken to before) called us back and tried make things right, he apologized, and was very kind. However it was not his fault. The man with the accent who kept laughing when I voiced my concerns is the reason we will never be returning (I've never encountered someone so rude, man with accent taking orders) and unprofessional at a restaurant besides one time, and that was a horrible experience . Thanks for saving us the gas...
Read moreIt's sad to see a restaurant go down in quality as badly as Pho B&B has. When they were Pho My, their bowls of pho were $5, now they're $10. I can understand the hike in price since that's more comparable to what other pho places charge, what I don't understand is how service got so much worse. You might as well bring your own drink, because you're not getting a refill. Last time I asked for a refill on my diet coke, and the guy working the front counter brought me a water (and didn't even have the courtesy to rinse out the cup so it wasn't browned by the diet coke). On one exceedingly rare occasion, I actually managed to get a refill and my drink had what looked like globs of grease in it and around the rim. I don't even know how you make such a bad mistake and not even notice it. It was disgusting and I wound up leaving that refill untouched because it was so incredibly gross. If you're looking for a good pho place, go to Pho Lan...
