HORRIBLE customer service!! I was a new customer and it was my first time going there and they made me feel VERY uncomfortable, like they didn’t want my business because I didn’t have time to get my nails done all the way. And when I told them they made me feel uncomfortable by not being willing to help me, she told me I could leave and I told her it was bad business to make someone feel as if you didn’t want to help them. I went there to get a few nails fixed after getting them done a week ago from another nail shop. I would have gotten my nails completely filled or definitely came back to get them all the way done there another time, but NOT NOW since the way they acted towards me. I sat down and the lady told me I should go back to where I got them done from, well I wasn’t in that same city and as I mentioned before I didn’t have the time. She rudely repeated herself about going back to that other nail shop two or three more times insinuating that they didn’t want to just fix one nail. I asked if they could repaint two nails and fix a broken one when I first came in. When they treated me unkindly about it, I said just one would be fine. She tried to say my nails were lifting, I said, no I just got them done a week ago and they were in such bad shape because of a project I had done with acetone and spray paint. Anywho, it was an awful experience and the guy that greeted me and the lady had smug attitudes from the beginning. Very rude and not willing to help and earn a new customer’s business that could have brought them hundreds of more customers considering all my friends get their nails done. It’s okay, because maybe they’ll learn to treat new customers better so that they can earn more customers. Guess they don’t need the business that bad based on how they treated me from the jump. I even told the lady with the pony tail that first impression is everything and I told her guess you don’t know that and she didn’t say anything. I don’t have anything good to say about anyone who is not willing to be helpful and kind. I received poor customer service. They didn't make me feel valued as a new customer, and that's definitely not acceptable. It's important for businesses to create a positive first impression and treat customers with kindness and respect. Hopefully, they will learn from this experience and make improvements. In the meantime, there are SO MANY other nail salons out there that would be happy to provide me with a...
Read moreThey are dirty. Sharing nail files and leaving nail clippings everywhere. I went to them a few days ago out of desperation and the little old lady doing my pedicure not only hurt me but did such a terrible job it looks like a toddler painted my nails. Not only this, but I had to go home and re-clip my toenails because of how horrible she did. I WAS planning on getting my nails redone, but the other lady wanted to charge me $5 for taking off my old (broken) nails, and then $35 for a fullset that I normally pay $25 for down the street. She ALSO hurt me while taking my nails off- she cut deeply into my thumb nail with no apology or regard. By this time I was so frustrated with the service I just left my nails off and walked out after paying $35 far far far too much. I will never go here again- no matter how...
Read moreI heard it by other women before they left about how much higher they were charged compared to the last time they were there, but I didn't pay attention. I have long nails but for a fill every month I usually get charged $20 but this time it was $35, for design is $15 but I was charged $20 and for foot spa and one color for my toes is $30 but I was charged $40. Usually, it is $65, and I give them a $10 tip. I guess the $10 tip wasn't enough. 😅 I was charged $95. But she did tell me beforehand about how much she was going to charge me, I did accept it because I was already there with my nails halfway done. They can charge whatever they want, and we can accept or deny it, I accepted, but I won't be going back. I guess they added a $30...
