I would give 0 stars if I could. The pizza was completely inedible. I dont like leaving bad reviews. But my children and I all have covid and were already having a rough day..
My dad was nice enough to pick us up a pizza and leave it at the door. While getting food ready for myself and the kids, I realized it was dough and mush. Started to debate if I put it in the oven if it would help(it didnt) I called told them the pizza was inedible and I may try to throw it in the oven to see if it can be rectified, and was told the only thing that can be done is to bring it back and have it redone. Again, we are all still contagious, and that would require me to load up both kids with us all having covid and bringing a box back to a food establishment, knowing it has been exposed to covid. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do absolutely anything without taking the box back. So, exposing more patrons and staff to covid? How does that meet safety standards?
I proceeded to ask her, "So were all out of luck and options here?" And SHE HANGS UP ON ME. My dad called since he had the receipt, and she argued with him, saying, "I told her it was burnt." Why would I put it in the over if it was burnt? So she wasn't even listening to me when I was explaining the situation. My dad is high risk and won't be picking it up and taking it back, and I'm not going to put no telling how many people are at risk over a pizza box.
They offered absolutely no apology, and as a mom at home with covid with two sick babies, a simple "My apologies" would've helped. While reading the reviews, I see I'm not the only one who's had to deal...
Read moreI call in my pizza order and go to pick it up... The lady there seems like she doesn't want to be there. Like I'm bothering her with my service. She double rings my food. Cancels one. Then, I finally get to my truck and she comes running out and taps on my window asking if my wings have my name on them. No, they don't. She takes my wings back in and hands them to a lady in the drive-through window. She doesn't say anything to me so, I get back out of my truck and go back in. I have to ask where are my wings. She says they didn't make them..... Why???? She doesn't know. The worker in the back starts yelling at a man in the back that he can only make things when he's told what to make!!! I ask for the manager. He comes out and it is the man from the back that was getting yelled at. I ask what is going on. He says...your wings didn't get made. WELL, DUH!!!! He then turns around and gets my wings together. He hands them to me and says, "Here you go." He doesn't say I apologize for the mix up, for the wait, or offer anything just here you go. When made with some quality, I think the ingredients are great but throwing a pizza together is not the way. A little effort goes a long way. But my main complaint is I order ahead online a custom order. Seems to be difficult to get this right. But I like a stuffed crust extra cheese half pepperoni half sausage with light sauce and well done. I know it's a bit of an order but that pizza is amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Makes me want it. But rarely is it made how I order it. Last time I was there an employee told me they didn't even read the ticket just started making whatever they thought. Baffled me I was told that but she said she was making a new one. So I waited for it. Thanked them and took it home. Still wasn't right but at that point it is what it is....
