BAD EXPERIENCE: Gray meat
I picked up an ultimate meat for my teens who were up studying late for a test. I also ordered cheese sticks which were hot and delicious. My son who usually eats his food really fast didn’t notice that the Canadian bacon was spoiled.
It was gray so my daughter notified me. She immediately lost her appetite. Since it was after 9:00 I decided to wait to the next day to report what happened and get a fresh replacement pizza.
Well the assistant manager who was too busy laughing with her friends who had just walked in to apply for job position had to be called over. Instead of apologizing she first stated that Canadian bacon turns gray when you refrigerate it. I told her my teens got it hot and it was never refrigerated. Next she insinuated that we left it out. She told me management knew that the Canadian bacon turns gray and apparently it’s okay. She also insinuated we removed the bacon and ate the rest of the pizza. Respectfully, I would NEVER.
I end up giving away the replacement pizza. I don’t go around requesting FREE food. There was a simple issue that should’ve been fixed without placing blame on the customer. I’ve been a loyal customer since Eagle One has been in MWC. We frequent this business weekly and we get all our bulk pizzas for our nonprofit and karate class here. Today you lost a loyal customer. Don’t try to convince me that gray meat is edible.
The statement this time I’ll replace the pizza as if I did something wrong is telling of the lack of professionalism. If Canadian bacon is supposed to be gray, keep it because I will not subject...
Read moreGreat food, great service! Drove by this place tonight, decided to try it, and I don't really like taking time to leave reviews, but I had to this time because oh.. my.. god.. The customer service was great and the two young lady's working the counter were polite, attentive, and just all around pleasant. I got a large pepperoni with black olives for like 7 bucks and they loaded this thing with toppings! EVEN OLIVES! The pizza wasn't greasy or soggy either which would be expected with that much pepperoni and cheese, but nope. Probably one of the best pizza crusts I've had! It was actually crusty, not crunchy, or super chewy, or the kind that looks raw but will break a tooth. It had a thin outer crustyness and was really light and airy inside, but still somewhat thick. I don't know if it's the way they prepped it, the type of oven they use, or what, but that tasted like brick oven, pay-rent-or-eat-pizza kind of pizza crust. For $7. I don't live close (thankfully), but bet your sweet bunz I will absolutely be driving the 20-25 miles south everytime I want to order pizza. Bonus Dutch Bros is a mile from Eagle One. Get acquainted with both places,...
Read moreI normally absolutely would not write a review on places but this is much needed. I have eaten at the other location in Moore for years and never had one complaint. It’s one of my families favorite restaurants. This MWC location today my son and I ordered two large pizzas and a salad. Made it home and we started eating a couple of pieces as I was eating one I just by the grace of God looked down and noticed a small part of the piece on my plate looks strange it looked like a onion cut but I touched it and it was solid. I picked it out of the cheese and noticed it was a broken razor blade. Shaped like a square. I screamed to my son to stop eating it!!! I called and the lady said bring it back. I immediately took pictures and took it back and she refunded my money apologize and took my name and number. She said someone may call me but they haven’t today. Unfortunately I needed to share this because it’s extremely serious and potentially life threatening but it’s the truth so had to share. Won’t be eating anymore eagle one after all these years going to the...
