Arby's — Restaurant in Milan

Supposedly there was 3 managers on duty tonight. My granddaughter placed the order and I heard her order everything correctly, at check out window I asked if the order was triple checked and she said yes, got home and ince again our order was wrong and has been thru our last few orders. Got home and the order was wrong again. Like 3 out of 5 tines. Asked for the person name on the phone and she refused to give me her name and immediately turned our Conversation into a "oh I'm not giving you my name and totally refused to give me her name She basically called my granddaughter a liar when I heard exactly what she said at the drive thru, I gave my granddaughter a handwritten listen to order off of.

This is crazy that you can not get good help and for them to turn something so simple into a oh my goodness I'm scared for my life situation and refuse to be kind and give their name to address...

The below i9s our (family) review from a few weeks ago. Well...it's gotten worse. You cannot trust them to be open -- EVER -- and they don't answer the phone half the time so you can check to see if they're open. Called 5-6 times -- no answer so we went to taco bell. On the way back we noticed THEY WERE OPEN...just too challenged to answer the phone. Whoever owns this place should sell it PLEASE!!!

From a few weeks ago: I'll never go here again. Drove out of my way after church Sunday to try their new chicken sandwich --- CLOSED!!!!!!!! On Sunday afternoon!!!!!!! Who the heck does that at a fast food restaurant????? Oh and...the google listing says "open" ...til 9pm Can't find enough help? PAY A...

Spent 20 min in the drive thru just to get home and discover not only did they give us all the wrong food they didnt even ring it in correctly. How hard is it to press buttons on a register in the corresponding order to which the person in the speaker is asking for....

UPDATE: got home and had wrong sandwiches AGAIN. When I called up to inform them my bf was bringing them back up the manager Katie got an attitude and very snotty said what was wrong with them cause I watched them be made (they were turkey ranch and bacon sandwiches with NO BACON) then she proceed the threaten to call the police if he caused any problems.... He just wants the correct food we ordered...
