KFC — Restaurant in Milan

We pulled up and walked up to the door only to find it locked. The sign said drive thru open, so we got in line. When we got up to order the girl said we are only serving Taco Bell, KFC is closed. My husband says great now I'm stuck in line and can't order, and can't order. Why is the drive thru open sign on? She said, we're not asked to put signs up anymore. SAY WHAT??? So she then says there's only 1 car in front of you. So we pull up expecting the 1 car to be gone so we can leave, but no they are still waiting for their Taco Bell. My husband calls her and says could you be courteous and have the car pull up so we can leave? She huffed and said I'll get you out of line. She went to the window and said to the lady, the man behind you is upset could you pull forward so they can leave? She did and we stopped to explain the situation to her, she was very understanding, as anyone should be. I will NEVER eat here again. I tried posting this with 0 stars, but it...

Extremely disappointed poor service the wait for 5 soft tacos was ridiculous 20 minutes wait and When I got my food it was cold it's like they made it and then everybody went to lunch ridiculous I will never go back there again in the price for 5 Soft tacos and a large drink it was $12.78 And when I said something about my food being cold lady got an attitude And said let me get my manager the manager came up and said we can Remake your food after 10 minutes of waiting again I ask for my money back Then the manager got an attitude because they were remaking 5 soft tacos that takes 2 minutes and I've been there for 30 minutes Already for them to make 5 soft tacos I said no thank you I'm sick of waiting I have to get back to work you wasted my entire lunch I would like my money back So thank you Taco Bell in Milan Michigan for wasting my launch I will never come...

I used to love coming to this location, friendly staff, friendly managers (usually) I am a regular, and I always substitute my wings for thighs, which you are allowed to do, re check your policies management! Other KFCs will do this, and it's not a big deal. When I witnessed an employee being yelled at, because she let someone substitute their chicken, I was outraged! You have no right to scream at an employee for satisfying their customers, when you are allowed to substitute items! Check your ego sweetheart, or have a professional retrain you on how to handle your employees, the right way. They did nothing wrong, this store is already failing, don't make it worse.
