My son and I were on our way to Myrtle Beach and we stopped in to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Seems like a pretty simple order but we were there for roughly 45 minutes. Normally I would say something like perhaps they were understaffed or super busy or something like that but it didn't seem like they were any more customers than what I've seen at restaurants when I used to work in them. The ticket number showed up on the screen it said now preparing and then disappeared without any indication that the order was ready and there were no new orders placed on the counter for anyone to receive. After the second time inquiring about the order nobody seemed to know what was going on but I did see a crumpled up bag in the corner of the counter so I looked at the order number and it was my order number. When I looked in the bag the sandwich was there but the hash brown for the breakfast order was not there. When I asked somebody who was just standing around seemingly looking for something to do he immediately got me the hash brown and gave it to me then when I asked for my coffee somebody else went and grabbed my coffee. It's like they forgot the order was there or I don't really know what happened but the service was atrocious. I understand in modern day customer services lacking greatly in the food service industry but there were at least six employees handling both the drive-thru and the front counter and most people weren't even placing the orders at the counter they were using the automated kiosks so the employees don't even have to ring anything up. This was by far the worst service I've ever received in any fast food environment...
   Read moreI ordered a Sweet Bbq Crispy sandwich combo and I got a beef patty from drive thru. I go in and tell the young behind counter and show my receipt he tells the person that is preparing the sandwich and they prepare to correct the sandwich abd I am good The manager (I believe) says it will be 3minutes so I wait The front counter person hands me my sandwich and guess what its BEEF AGAIN. So I say I am tired i just want A BBQ Crispy chicken sandwich so i can get home to Michigan. The manager says He is New I say that is no excuse he should be able to tell the difference between Chicken and Beef. Also as i waited on my sandwich someone else came in who ordered nuggets and was short 10. Another guy ordered a Vanilla coffee and she made Caramel Not sure if it was just that crew or if all the crews there but my experience with them was horrible. I went to my vehicle and came back because he threw my receipt away and I wanted reprint so the manager went to the back to get it for me as I stand and wait the four of them are upfront whispering after the two sandwich makers make eye contact they continue to snicker then the female turn to say My I Help You I No I am being taken care of Y'all just continue to snicker among yourselves The one male sandwich maker say What did she say So I repeated what I said. The manager returned with my receipt and I left. Customer service was Horrible and folks want $15/hour and they cant tell the difference between Cows & Chickens Not Once...
   Read moreIt was a nice day to roller blade, even though it was pretty hot (around 68 degrees out) roller bladed all the way from my home to Mc Donalds, which is a while away.
I was told I couldn't have roller blades in the store because they were held liable if I fell and got injured, perfectly fine. however, the way the manager spoke to me was very rude, used a snarky tone with me. told her I could take them off to order, I wasn't planning to stay in the store, I just wanted to pick up some food and leave. I was then immediately hit with "no shoes no shirt no service" which is bizarre since they have a play place where kids take their shoes off and run around all the time, and also because of the fact I was merely picking food up then leaving straight afterwards.
It was hot, I had spent quite a bit of time just making my way to the store, so this made me pretty frustrated. Again, she was rude, she glared at me while I left the store and overall made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable. Happy to report I took my money elsewhere, but I certainly won't be visiting that store ever again. They mess up my orders all the time anyways and by the looks of it, I'm not the only one who's complained about the staffs /...
