Stan's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Milan

A lady in one of their ice cream trucks just accused us of owing them $13 for ice cream, while my wife was going down to end of the street to grab our 4 year old, who somehow had ice cream in his hand, that we did not give him money for.

When my wife asked why our kid has ice cream that we didn't give him money for, she said she didn't give it to him. But then accused my wife of owing her $13, saying she was on our street previously and a lady got ice cream for their kids but their card didn't work and tried to say it was my wife.

My wife then told her she has no idea what she's talking about, and that we haven't bought ice cream from an ice cream truck in years. She then asked her to not give our kid ice cream unless we gave him money to purchase it, and she began screaming at my wife like a crazy person. Saying she owed her money and who doesn't give their kid ice cream. Well maybe someone with a dairy allergy, someone whose kid was being punished, someone whose kid already had treats, or didn't eat dinner, list could go on. She then drove off continuing to yell at her and accuse her of owing money. We've never bought ice cream from these people.

Someone like that should not be...

My boss called Stan’s for an ice cream truck for our work place, as it’s 104 degrees here and we don’t have ac, so he was being nice and trying to treat us, well we were doing an auction, at 11, he asked them to be here before 11, and which they showed up 20 minutes AFTER 11, and then took off from our parking lot not even 10 minutes later, so therefore no one had gotten the ice cream they were promised from my boss because we were doing our job. My boss is pretty unhappy, and so are the rest of us. Stan’s hasn’t been the best in years. Rude customer service half the time. They do not care about others at all.

We do not owe anyone an apology. If she would of been patient and waited, she would of sold a lot more then just 1 ice cream. I can promise that, but instead she chose to drive away and didn’t bother talking to a single person.

Your customer service skills are horrible. Always have been....

One of there vans pulled a hit and run in my parking lot creamed my vehicle at 20 mph not a company to do any business with I'd say luckily there was 3 witnesses and hes a regular heavyset african american and white chick.... ok update 830 the owner or somebody is going to hunt the van down that did it and call me back we will see he didnt... proofs in the pudding even got my paint on it says it was "preexisting" and refused to give insurance also switched drivers to make it appear good suddenly after calling him 3 times dirty dirty dirty lowdown company I wouldn't fathom putting my kids around anybody can change there tune he should start singing if he was honorable in the least who wants kids around...
