Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Milford Charter Township

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never met a more unprofessional group of employees at an establishment. I came in at 8:20 on Monday, July 15th. There was one gentleman with a perm and mustache and two females working. As soon as we walked in we were told ‘just so you guys know, we are out of lettuce’. There were 5.5 strips of bacon left but supposedly more ‘in back’. As we left my spouse expressed his frustration. How did the female employees respond? By laughing. I didn’t realize it was funny to be out of product and lose business. I’m not sure who owns this store but it needs a seriously overhaul: training is definitely needed, customer service is lacking completely and this location will likely continue to lose business due to unprofessional...

I HIGHLY recommend this location. The service was absolutely TOP NOTCH. We were camping close by and ran into the restaurant just minutes prior to them closing. Before walking in, I asked if they could still take our order. Despite the fact that the gentleman was cleaning the floors, he smiled and took our order with a smile. Then, I happened to be speaking to someone in our party who needed a new bandaid. I said I'd get a new one when we got back to camp. Apparently, the same gentleman heard and got a bandaid for us!!!!! He just warmed my heart, his kindness was so appreciated! The woman he was working with was also very kind, patient and served our family without any complaints. Third time I have ordered from the store in Milford. Our first time the order was incorrect the sub was not made to order. Had to remove items we asked to be excluded. Not a deal breaker. Our second order we did not receive 4 of the pop and chips combo out of the 5 on the order. Again a inconvinence, however I paid for the items I would like them. Today I tried again. Order completely wrong. I order 5 subs and combo s, received 4 subs in which 3 where the wrong ones. Received 1 pop, 1 ice tea and missing 3 pops and chips combos. I took the food back and will never buy from them again. I have ordered from them 4 times now and three times it has been wrong. They really need to look at how they handle online orders. It...
