The BrickHouse Restaurant & Brewery in Milford, NH for a couple pints & a delicious cheeseburger. I had been to the previous location The Pasta Loft a couple times before, but hadn't been back since the rebrand & new owners. I know their was some unfortunate controversy with the previous owners of The Pasta Loft, which I won't get into here, but it's great to know that it was bought by a longtime employee & rebranded according to what I had been told. I heard most of the staff was retained & the brewers stayed the same. Regardless of what happened, I was just happy to eat & have a couple beers I had yet to try. 🍻💪 The two pints I grabbed on this trip were the CABREWING SUMMER ALE & the OMG PUMPKIN ALE. The CABREWING SUMMER ALE was my favorite of the two with the pumpkin Ale being just okay. 🍻 It's definitely more of a restaurant than brewery, but that's in the name. The burger I got was good & definitely filled my ever hungry never satisfied food hole that is my stomach. All types of seating including bar, hightops, tables & a patio area. Well worth stopping by to check it out if you find yourself in Milford, NH checking out the three great beer options downtown. 🍻🍻🔥☘🍁 #untappd #NewHampshire #craftbeer #BeerGoals #supportlocal #newhampshireeats #beerstagram #newengland

Wife, sons and I went to Brickhouse for first time. Highly recommend it. Food was great. I was the only one who had a bar drink, Punch in Your Eye, a rum punch perfect for a sunny Sunday. We ate inside but the roof deck was very busy. Olivia, our server was excellent. Highly recommend it.

We visited Milford from the Keene area. I enjoyed my half off glass of wine and the steak tips were absolutely amazing. The marinade is to die for!! My husband had a beer and a delicious bacon cheeseburger. We definitely will be back. Our waitress was also wonderful.

We were highly disappointed in our overall experience. We got seated right away and our drink order was taken. When the waitress came back with our drinks, we ordered an appetizer of potato skins. When they came to us, I believe it was the cook that brought it out and put it on our table and walked away We had no plates or utensils. I had to wait for the waitress for a good ten minutes. We finally get that situated and placed our order for our meals. I ordered the baked haddock with just fries and my friend ordered the chicken Marsala. We waited over an HOUR before our food came out! When we finally did get our order, my haddock and fries were barely Luke warm and my friends chicken Marsala was not how Marsala is typically made. The sauce was runny and didn’t taste at all like Marsala. He ended up eating it all anyway. I had to go hunt down a waitress and let her know that my dinner was cold. They took it back and came back with another piece of haddock that was much better. While, they did take care of the issue, I feel like the service was horrible and we should not have waited for over an hour for our food! I feel we should have been comped a portion of our bill. We never even received an apology for having to wait! It was not even busy in there. We were in the restaurant around 3pm on a Friday. As a side note, I saw the waitresses in the level below and one of them was braiding the other’s hair! I know that I will...

Brickhouse has been pretty good when we go to sit down, but placing a carryout order was not a great experience. First, ordering online limits your food options to mostly pizza, so if someone in your household wants something else you have to call. No big deal, we call in our order of three items. The mistake here: they didn't read back our order. I feel like reading an order back is pretty standard in the restaurant industry and would have prevented one of the items from being wrong . Instead I had to go back, wait five minutes for someone at the hostess stand (are they understaffed for a Saturday night?), argue that we got the wrong item, wait for them to make the correct item, and then get home to the 2 correct food items which are now cold.

Moral of the story: make them read your carryout order back even if they are rushing you...
