Have gone to this location numerous times. Service is extremely slow, whether there is a line or not. Tall, blonde, middle aged woman with tattoos (sorry, don't know her name, as they don't wear name tags) is often working the morning shift. She has zero personality; doesn't respond to greetings from customers and comes off as being miserable and unhappy in her job. She should not be in customer service. I said something to the manager today, who is a friendly, courteous and kind, but I doubt anything will be done. I work for the USPS and sometimes I am Forced to use public restrooms. Today I went to use this one and it was flooded and urine was all over the place.
