Aug. 10, 2025 My husband and I stopped by Milano’s Pizza in Milford, NH to get take-out, for dinner, on a hot, Sunday afternoon. We called in the order from our car and knew it would be ready by the time we arrived. We had ordered a cheese pizza, and also a pizza with hamburger. One of the best things about ordering a pizza from Milano’s, is the food is always consistent/reliable, has the same great flavor every time. Excellent cheese, tomato, and meat ingredients. My husband likes the fact that the crust is easy to eat, not too hard, like other places that serve pizza. Today, as we went inside to pick up our pizzas, several people were eating inside. We have also eaten inside many times; it’s a comfortable atmosphere to sit down and share a meal. I counted nearly a dozen people behind the counter working in the kitchen area, as well as right behind the counter. The people working there have always been friendly and professional, which is another reason that makes it easy to return to this establishment. The parking is free and there’s plenty of it. Inside, the restaurant is well-lit, and clean. There are specialty desserts in refrigerated stand-alone glass cases to the left of the counter, near the soda and water cases. The chocolate cake, and other desserts, are incredibly good! If you are in the area, give Milano’s Pizza a try. Their menu offers a variety of food, in addition to pizza. And the best part? If you have any pizza leftover in the fridge, when you heat it up in the microwave, it tastes just like it has come out of Milano’s oven, not soggy, not overdone - just right. And that's the way we like it.

Looks good inside. Plexiglass installed between booths. I only ordered takeout. A small cheese pizza 🍕. Though service was friendly, I wasn't asked if I needed anything. I should have asked for plates. It looks like they are getting picnic tables ready for outdoor dining. Everyone liked the pizza 🍕. My daughter, who is picky, ate her slices without a fuss. I'm not a big fan of pizza 🍕, but, I liked it. Price for a small was reasonable. Facemasks required. I recommend this pizzeria.

This place seems to ALWAYS be busy and can make paying for takeout a bit hectic. I usually get the sense that the cashier is stressed out and makes her come across as unfriendly...but, with that being said, the food is generally good with few exceptions. The steak and cheese with peppers is my favorite. Overall, Milano's is a great place to eat and the family and I will continue coming back.

Alright, I really hope this place gets raided by the health inspector and gets shut down. There is absolutely no reason that this place should be allowed to serve food to anyone.

First off, I live locally in Milford, so Milano's is right in my backyard.

Secondly, I'm not picky or easily grossed out. But read on... because this place is the worst.

So about two years ago we ordered 6 subs from Milano's so that we could cut them up and serve them for lunch for a bunch of guests we were having over. Upon cutting the first sandwich, a long hair was found that would not allow the sandwich to finish pulling apart without being noticed. Okay, gross, but moving on... Second sandwich, more hair. Now I'm inspecting every sandwich and they ALL HAD HAIR in them. This was a doordash order, so there was no vendetta or anything, plus I had never had an issue with Milano's prior to this. So I reached out to them as a concerned buyer to please check their area as there is no reason that this much hair could be in food... So you'd think, right? Anyway, I spoke to the manager and they offered to remake the food. I declined, and sent him the photo of 100% of the sandwiches in the trash where they belonged. We requested a refund via doordash and vowed to never order from Milano's again.

Well fast forward to today. My in-laws were kind enough to invite us over for pizza that they ordered. We didn't know where it was from, and it wasn't on our mind to ask... so we ate it. Well, we did until I felt a MELTED BOTTLE CAP in my mouth after taking a bite. It looked like the onions that were on the pizza.

I took pictures. This is the last straw. Never have I been so upset with a food establishment, this place has got to go.

If you still decide to eat here, do yourself a favor and CHECK EVERYTHING before you consume. Your health and safety...

The recommendation I have for this restaurant is to NOT GO HERE!!!! I would leave 0 stars if i could! and I have never said that about a restaurant before. The employees had a bad attitude from the start, I give my order number come back from the kitchen to ring up what i had ordered and my total came to $35 and some change I pay with my debit card and after the payment goes through the lady who rung in my food did not offer to give me a receipt i then stated “may i have my receipt please” she then said that my reciept would not print she then got it to print somehow but as she looks at it and says something is wrong before handing it back to me. I said “what do you mean there is something wrong” she had told me that she charged me $85 and somehow $50 of it was written down as a tip, keep in mind i had never gotten my receipt so how could i write down any tip. I said no that is not right I would like a refund right now, she went and got the manager the manager then told me that it would not go through as a refund that’s he would go in his system and void the $85. The manager then tells me that i still had to pay for the food which i was fine with I give my card to pay and then funny how the reciept prints no problem with the correct price with no tip and a line giving me an option to tip, no where near deserving of a tip. If you eat at this restaurant MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A RECIEPT!!!! If i never had asked for a receipt they would have took my $50 dollars and I would have no way to prove it. DO...
