Pizzeria Roma — Restaurant in Milford

The food is wonderful which is why I keep giving them a shot for delivery when I'm at work, but 3 of the 4 times I have in the past 2 months they have been late showing up when I called one of the times they lied and said the order was on the way and the driver called 15 min later saying he was just leaving with it asking where I was located... tonight was the worst though. I ordered at 525 so it would he here for 630 when I take lunch didnt hear anything till I called at 625 and was told the girl couldnt find the right door with the bell. Ok great they said it would be right over and that she was leaving now. I could hear her complaining in the background about wanting to take a diffrent order first well 20 min pass nothing so I call and they said she was on her way this was 645 at this point. She didnt show up till 7 which tells me she didnt care and went to take the other order first. I was fine up till I had to stand at a hot machine and eat my food that was cold and soggy (fried ravioli). I wont be wasting my time or...

I got the BLT and added turkey to it. My sub was great. My boyfriend got the steak and cheese sub and added pickles, he said his was great as well.

He also ordered his sub without any mayo on it, and they didn’t screw it up like a lot of places normally miss, so that in itself is great that he didn’t have to scrape anything off.

We got mozzarella sticks, those were great as well.

One thing we personally didn’t like were the spicy fries, they were a bit too seasoned for us, but they might be someone else’s cup of tea. They were cooked fine, we just weren’t fans of the seasoning, so still 5 stars overall, because the restaurant obviously doesn’t control our taste buds! We will just order the plain fries...

Great food but their delivery service is another story... go to their website, it says we deliver, go to their take home menu, it says we deliver... I have never called a take out place that says we deliver and heard the phrase "we are not delivering right now" almost every time. The premise that I never know when a place will fulfill a service that they advertise and supposedly provide and it is not indicated anywhere purely enrages me and I will not order from them or do business again.
