A majority of our order was Taco Bell
Not only our experience but that of most everyone that came in while we where here was not pleasant. The young man taking our order was friendly and responsive and seemed to be somewhat new so I take no issue with him. The lady I assume to be the shift manager needs better training on how to run a clean and orderly shift. I admit that once our order was a complete mess I started picking the place apart and having worked for taco bell for six year as a young adult played into my critique. After our order was completely incorrect as far as what was requested to not be one our items as if it was completely disregarded. Another families order was also incorrect and while questioning the shift Mgr as to why she received gravy only as her side and the cost of items she was told by the Mgr that the prices on the board are not correct because the prices increase DAILY. This blatant lie just blew me away. No one in the store seemed to care one bit about customer service as they seemed to find it all to be funny. In my opinion the store which was not busy was a filthy mess, every table needed cleaning[I asked for a wet toilet to clean my own table and I was handed little packets of towlets] food was all over the dining area floor, the dring station was unstocked and a mess, behind the counter the floors were also a mess with trash and food everywhere. The soda fountain had the incorrect flavors hooked up like cherry Pepsi on the diet, regular Pepsi on Dr pepper ect. Napkins were in there brown packaging ripped open and setting on the counter, two of them. And the 45 minutes we were there not one person made an effort to improve the conditions. One customer stood waiting to place an order more then 10 minutes then he was still not acknowledged or helped for another 2 minutes after saying something about not be served.
The store inventory has to be a complete mess. None of the portions were correct the oil in the fryer is old which reflects in the taste. Wait times at the counter and drive thru are unacceptable.
Over all this location is a complete Is embarrassment. I hate to see people lose their jobs but if they are not concerned with doing their jobs why should I be concerned with...
Read moreIt's impossible to get ahold of the store for help. Why is there no contact on the website? No one answers the phone either. Got delivery, all of my taco bell is missing. I added it as a second order and the dasher didn't bring it. Idk if it's the dashers fault or the stores. But with an order, this big you would think the manager would check and double check it. I ordered a TON of sauce to go with my chicken and there was absolutely NO sauce. It's my birthday today and it was ruined because I just wasted my money on delivery and didn't even receive it all and then door dash isn't trying to refund the full amount of the second missing order. It's impossible to get ahold of someone for help. I just want my money back for items not received. I never leave a bad review. I'm THAT upset. Id like help in resolving this issue. I wish I never ordered. The food wasn't worth the money. I can't get over my food missing and them not including a SINGLE thing of sauce, let alone the sauce I ordered.
Side Note- the chick who works cashier in the morning, up front and delivery at the same time! She's amazing. Maybe SHE should be manager. She definitely deserves a raise. Excellent service last time. Delivery -forget about it. They obviously don't take care and caution to make sure everything that is ordered leaves with the dasher. If it's the dasher fault, I'll apologize. But I don't see how this happens. And the sauce was...
Read moreI went a couple of month ago after wait online for like 15 to make an order the person was so rude that ended up leaving without order, tonight I went the person who took my order the first thing that told was : "wait in with another costumer" she finally decide to take my order I was asking about the menu and boxes and she played she wasn't understanding me asking twice "what? And repeating what I said, I'm not American but I do speak English very clear clear enough for her to understand what I was ordering, in the end I got 2 Chen quesadillas one broken not slide and the other one didn't got slide and spicy overdosed my son couldn't eating, my chalupa was cold, I have been in Taco Bell Rehoboth doesn't happen this, I didn't reviewed the last time because anyone have a bad day I work retailer I know how it is, but this time I said enough, this woman taking order needs an intense coaching I'm not telling this to a person loose the job, I'm a worker and I do it to support myself and my kid but coach you people they are there and they are doing the job you must help them to do it correctly, last time was a line of like 7 or 9 cars, this time only one car at front none behind me, wish make me understand that I'm not the only one that is disappointed...
