Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Milford

I highly do not reccomend this location or Little Caesars for that matter. We got a few pizzas from here over 2 weeks ago and once we got home and kids dug in to the pizza my daughter bit into a chunk of hard plastic! I immediately stopped the other kids from eating took pictures and called customer service. I waited over 30 mins to get connected to someone, I then told her what had happened she explained this happens and she used to run a store for over 7 years and it's from the plastic bins they use to store sauce and cheese. She assured me I would hear from someone within 24 hours from the store and they would investigate the situation. 4 days later I still had not heard a word from anyone. I then decided to email corporate to let them know the situation and how disappointed I was that nobody has gotten back to me to replace the food I purchased and didn't consume because of this. Let alone the fact that someone could of choked on this chunk of plastic! Here we are a week later and nothing back from the email to corporate! Last night was my worst experience at a Little Ceasars this summer. I had been to both Georgetown and Milford locations over the past few months and thought G-town was superior to Milford. However, now that I have no connection to G-town, it's not feasible to drive that far for pizza. So I've been ok with Milford location for the most part. Unfortunately, last night they botched everything. I got a text stating they couldn't put my order in the pizza portal(?), so I would have to ask a cashier for it. They were pretty packed in their little area with 3-4 other people waiting, so it would've been nice to just grab and go. But then they couldn't find my order and had to ask me to show them my email confirmation. All of that would've been forgiven if the pizza itself was good. It wasn't good. It was the worst I've ever had from LC. It was cold (since it wasn't in the hot pizza portal), crust was overcooked, and there was barely any sauce or cheese. I can't rate any other Little Caesars but Milfords' happens to be the best, especially when feeding picky minons!

Normally, I wait for an extraordinary experience or horrendous experience to post a review. Today I had the greatest experience!

The order was excellent as always, and available on the promised time...which of course is something we all look forward to in the age of multitasking.

It was the customer experience which was the deciding factor!

As I called to place my order, the staff(Mr. Larry) made my weekend. He hands down set the tone and brightened up my sour mood. It actually felt as if I was going to visit friends.

When I arrived you can tell his demeanor, friendliness is contagious.

It's that personal touch which makes the difference and this Little Caesars top notch.

Many merchants are missing this or stopping their staff from this and it reflects negatively.

Mr.Larry, thank you! You really made a great impression and it has reflected very positively for Little Caesars, please don't change!!!!
