Starbucks — Restaurant in Milford

I don’t typically leave negative reviews; because things happen. But if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I decided to order Starbucks through DoorDash while I was at work. I ordered 2 drinks, a sandwich and avocado spread around 8:50am. Received my drinks but never received my sandwich. Who’s fault that is idk, it happens so I wasn’t upset about it. I placed another order about 25 mins later when I had the chance for the sandwich and they gave me the same exact sandwich that I originally ordered an hour prior😂 (it was made at 8:57am and I received it around 9:54am) Also forgot the avocado spread again. I called the store multiple times and no answer. It’s honestly disgusting to keep that same sandwich on the counter almost over an hour and then send that out for delivery and think that’s okay, especially after I paid for...

Literally T H E WORST location. Five employees that cannot manage to care for one order. It took them over 15 minutes to even get it together enough to realize I didn’t have my drink…after having to physically go in. From being told to wait in a parking space- because they were backed up. Yet multiple customers in drive through received their drinks prior to mine.

This is not the first time at this location I’ve been made late. You’d think a drive thru would be able to accommodate ONE drink order in less than 10 minutes. Rather than making everyone late for their day.

Spent $10 to not even get the drink I ordered. If I had had to of wait I would have been out of a job.

For the love of it, can y’all just get...

Never had a worse Starbucks experience. Placed a mobile order and then waited in the drive through for 30 minutes even though there were only 3 cars in front of us. Would have gone in except once you enter the drive through you can’t exit. Once we got up to the window they handed us ONE of our two drinks. Had to ask for the second and when she grabbed it off the counter she said “hmm this iced matcha has no matcha in it” … it was legit just a cup of milk. So they remade it but they must not have cleaned the blender because when I got it, it tasted like old coffee and sour milk. It also had no ice (which I did not request). So I had a room temp, horrible matcha that I threw right...
