Usually i get good service and food here. Until recently, Today i came in to dine in and immediately upon walking up to the register to order my food the person who was taking my order i believe her name is Holly.. Seemed very rude and didn’t care anything about customer service. She gave me and my husband dirty looks as soon as we arrived to the counter. She seemed to be struggling while trying to ring our order in and asked us to repeat our order 2 times. I ordered a large meal, i got my large drink. As our food was being brought to us i noticed a MEDIUM fry on our tray.. I ordered a large meal. As i went back to the counter to try to resolve this issue, again Holly seemed as if i didn’t order a large meal, although she rang in my order and gave me a large drink, she had an attitude and didn’t seem to want to help me. It took her 5 minutes to talk to a manager and replace my fry with the correct size. There was also a long black hair stuck to the side of my husbands frozen lemonade when it was brought out to us. Other then all of this we had a very nice old woman come check on us and make sure everything was ok, needed refills or anything, this woman seemed to be the only employee in the building who cares about their customer service. I would not recommend Chick Fil A Milford, I eat at chick fil a regularly in other towns in Delaware and have never been treated this way or had an...
Read moreFood and employees were great. No issues on that end. Just a store policy issue. A odd one at that.
My complaint is to the owner of the location and his policy. My wife went to the bathroom and for some reason a guy went in shortly after asking if anyone was inside. When I approached the workers about the situation they advised me that he was the cleaner and that was his responsibility. I think that’s wrong on so many levels. You have many females working there. Any one of them can go in to the female restroom and ask that question, and then let the cleaner know it’s all clear.
Aside from that, the store is pretty small and few people were there. How can you,the cleaner, not know if anyone walked towards the bathroom. I find it hard to believe it’s hard to keep tabs on people walking in and out of the bathroom when literally 5 total customers were present.
We find it a very strange policy and really hope they can change this bc I’m sure no other woman wants a man to come into the bathroom while she’s utilizing it. It’s weird and it...
Read moreI drive through this town frequently, heading to my home state of NJ from my current state of VA & I haven’t never felt more disgusted by the blatant racism experienced at this Chick-fil-a establishment! I will certainly never patronize here ever again, if it weren’t for needing to feed my toddler who wanted his favorite restaurant, they wouldn’t have gotten my business today on 4/10/23. Charles (the manager I presume, due to his gray shirt was utterly disrespectful & lacked any form of customer service when I asked him had my Nay been called when returning from taking my toddler from the restroom. He ignored me which I thought to be him just not hearing me. But once I repeated myself so much that another gentlemen chimed and then Charles wanted to then give a rude response when in fact my number had been called while in the restroom. I will be contacting corporate & ensuring that no one else has to experience what I did. I am not one to use the race card but watched as willingly jumped to the need of other customers of...
