The Whale Tea — Restaurant in Milford

I recently visited The Whale Tea, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The highlight of my visit was the incredibly friendly and welcoming cashier, Kacee Tam.

From the moment I walked in, Kacee greeted me with a warm smile and was exceptionally patient as I took my time deciding what to order. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, making it easy for me to choose a drink that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The atmosphere at The Whale Tea is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious bubble tea. The seating arrangements are comfortable, and the overall ambiance is just right for a casual hangout or a quick break from the day.

As for the bubble tea, it was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were rich and fresh, and the tapioca pearls were perfectly cooked—chewy and delicious. It's clear that The Whale Tea takes great care in preparing their drinks, and it really shows in the quality.

The taro milk tea was interesting because they use real fresh taro paste. It's a lighter flavor and color than the artificial stuff, but I enjoyed the more natural earthy taste. However, I specifically asked for the milk tea and not just taro milk, and I couldn't taste any of the tea.

The brown sugar milk tea with tapioca boba is too watery and again, not strong enough on tea flavor.

I went around opening time so maybe that's why the tapioca in my drinks were still warm. Not a great mouthfeel for iced drinks.
