I love Mod Pizza in general. Really the only pizza I eat. This post is about the Mill Creek location and the stellar customer service I received. So I get my kids three days a week and my 4 year old daughter always asks to go to the pizza store and was very vocal about eating there, not at home. I was running errands after work with her and my 2 year old son along for the ride. Time was running out and as I hit the button to finalize my online order, which should have been 2 identical minis and one double crust pizza, I noticed my daughter had fallen asleep in her car seat. My son had done so 20 minutes prior. The math on the order looked right but as I was driving I didn't double check. It was bad enough I was using my phone while driving anyways. When I arrived at Mod I was a few minutes early. I went back to the car as to not leave the kids alone for too long. When I got back they said my 2 pizzas were ready and I noticed two large boxes. Confused and wondering if they simply put both minis in one box, I opened them to find two of the same adult pizzas! Everything was going wrong that could. I expressed my confusion to the woman who was serving me. She reviewed the receipt with me and I could see how I could've made a mistake. She asked if I needed the minis which I really did. My pizzas are giant and full of veggies. Kids only have dairy free cheese red sauce and mild sausage. I replied yes and she said I would need to pay for it which I was totally fine with. A young man asked who made the mistake and I said it could have been me, as I didn't take the time to confirm the order. He said that's fine, don't worry about paying for it. I was so relieved and blown away. It made my stressful small child filled night so much better. Plus now I get two awesome big pizzas to munch on over the next few days. As I am selecting my items for my pizza, the young man asked what meats I'd like. I told him chicken. He then questioned "Only Chicken?" Yes only chicken, I can not eat pork. He then very condensing says to me "ground beef is not pork" I said again I know, just chicken. He pushed as to why no ground beef. So i then I formed him I have a stomach condition and I have to know the quality of beef before I can eat it. So he takes it to yet another level and turns around and yells out to a co-worker "what's the quality of our ground beef" the response was "All we know is its USDA, but its good and still not pork" I told him once again I only wanted chicken. I'm so embarrassed that I have to explain myself to a stranger making a custom order pizza and in front of a busy crowd of waiting patrons. Not only was this rude and out of line, but its humiliation. I will never return to this location. I really hope the management of this location take the time to speak to their crew about what is the proper way to inform the patron what is available and when told no thank you or I can't have that, to use tactfulness...

We ordered 4 pizzas and a salad arrivedā¦. not one pizza. I was able to catch the really kind delivery driver and he told me that is what the restaurant handed him. Yes he should have double checked but if the restaurant handed it to him they are at fault as wellā¦
I called MOD pizza followed the prompts for delivery and got an extremely rude lady named Crystal or Krista. She placed my order for re delivery it got delivered almost 2 hours after my original order time and the food was cold so itās very clear it was the pizzas that were originally suppose to be delivered. There was even the original delivery receipt on one of the boxes.
I called back and got the same rude lady on the phone. I asked for a refund she wasnāt able to do that, I asked for a manger and she stated āyouāll never be able to talk to a managerā. I asked so thereās nobody above you to talk to and she stated no and hung upā¦.
Iāll start driving to Woodinville at least Iāll get good...
