Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mill Creek

We placed an order on-line at 3pm for 5pm delivery.  This was for a family gathering.  We prepared other food at home to meet dietary needs.  The delivery did not show at 5. We called to check the order and after being bounced from a rude cashier to a rude GM (Tyler) we drove to pick up the order.  We were told the "system was down" but we went to place an order on line to test and they were taking orders.  We picked up our pizzas at 5:35PM.  We requested a refund and was told "the system is down".  We should have been asked our contact info, been given an apology and a follow up refund could have been offered for when the system was available.  Instead we were told Tyler was in "on his day off".  When we asked for the PIC, he said "there is no-one higher than me".  While asking for a refund, the cashier repeatedly inserted herself into the conversation and used the "f"-word.  The lack of professionalism was astounding.  Our door-dash driver arrived at 5:40 to pick up the pizzas.  These had to have been ready 1 hr.  By the time we got home all our food was 1.5 hours sitting.  We advise...

I ordered my pizzas online and followed the "pizza tracker". I got to the store when the tracker said my order was ready. I went inside and paid thinking they would give me my pizzas. Well...after sitting there for a few minutes, I stood up and asked if the order was ready, the girl at the front said no it was not ready yet. Then I overheard another girl ask someone in the back to make a pizza just like one I had ordered. I thought to myself, "that can't possibly be MY pizza, mine should already be close to done." But oh no, it was in fact my pizza. So half an hour later, my order was finally done. SO not happy! They promised me a credit next time I call in, we'll see how that turns out. I work next door to this location, so I've been eating a lot of Papa John's for about a year. The team here is amazing. Liz and Sean go above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming every time I drop in for lunch. With as much as I eat here, I would think that there would be a bunch of mistakes, but I have only had one mistake (months ago!) and Sean was super apologetic and fixed it immediately.
