This place was super busy! I recommend joining their waitlist. Get here early you could be waiting for 45 minutes. The staff was overall friendly but a little overwhelmed when it got busy with people walking in and having to wait outside or inside if there was room. One lady I believe was a waitress who kept having to ask the kitchen where food was constantly. This happened more than 7 times just with me and my fiancé sitting at the cafe bar. I feel like maybe the kitchen was getting a little overwhelmed. I believe they still pushed through the rush of the hungry morning crowd. Our waitress was a bubbly blonde lady that was super kind & welcoming. I wish I remembered her name. She was super helpful and made sure to keep the coffee coming. The got to us in 10 minutes considering how busy everything was around us. The staff was amazing even under pressure. I want to come back soon! Atmosphere 5/5 no one was 6 feet apart but I didn't mind since I've been vaccinated 3 times. Food 5/5 Quality 5/5 Staff 5/5

I'm usually too busy to get lunch, so I was excited to actually have time to leave the clinic during my break. However, I was incredibly disappointed that I picked this place. The staff seemed friendly enough, but when I asked if I could get the food to go, they failed to tell me that there would be an extra fee. I ordered the chicken ranch wrap with onion rings and a milkshake. When the order was ready, they wrapped the wrap in wax paper and put it all in a paper bag. I would maybe see a reason for the extra fee if they used fancy containers or something, but no. Even their straws are terrible and split apart after the first sip. I got back to my office and started eating the wrap, but something seemed off, so I opened it up. It says on their menu that the chicken ranch wrap comes with chicken, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and the ranch sauce. I don't even know what they gave me, but all they had in the wrap was chicken, a bunch of lettuce, and sauce. It really tasted off so I didn't eat the rest and even the onion rings were bland and not appetizing. So I wasted my break just to not eat lunch.

I don't understand how this place got 4.5 stars. They are definitely not a 4.5 restaurant. We were excited to try the new breakfast place after great experience at Rusty breakfast. First of all, we didn't feel welcomed to be there. We tried this place during the week past the noon and we still needed to wait for 10-15mins. We were seated by the fireplace (it was pretty hot to be sat next to it) and the table was too small for our dishes. We asked to be moved to another table and without any help from the server, we moved all the food and utensils by ourselves. The food took a little longer than we thought and my husband's food wasn’t what he ordered. Overall, the restaurant atmosphere was nice and cozy but the food was mediocre, and the service wasn’t great (we got our coffee refilled only once, and the server asked us if we needed boxes while we were still eating). It seemed like the server wanted us to leave ASAP. The price wasn’t that reasonable either. We won’t come back.

My wife and I stopped in at the Saw Mill Cafe on our way to the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire to have some breakfast. I decided to order the Ranchero Omelette. It's a four-egg omelette with taco meat, black olives, tomatoes, green onions, Tillamook cheddar, queso fresco, ranchero salsa, and avocado cream drizzle. It comes accompanied with pancakes or toast and hash browns. I chose the toast and hash browns. I was not disappointed with my selection for breakfast! It was very tasty. I actually tasted all the flavors, from the black olives to the green onions, and the avocado cream drizzle! We got there Sunday morning, a few minutes before 9 am was served a few minutes after 9. Very quick service by a friendly and professional staff. Just a tip, we were able to be seated as soon as we got there, but by 9:30 am there were customers waiting for a table. Sundays seem to be a popular time for eating at the Saw Mill.

Cute diner in the Mill Creek Town Center. (6-7 other locations around too) I like to sit at the counter to avoid the unfailingly long wait at weekend brunch time. Plenty of parking in this lot so that's good. Food is fresh with many of the pastries made on site, they even make their own whipped cream. Portions are generous so plan to share or take a doggy bag if you have a light appetite. Sandwiches and burgers round out the menu at this traditional, comfort food go-to. Would be 5 stars however the gal behind the counter is super sweet and continually in the weeds. I've noticed that I'm not the only one that has order mix ups, waits for checks, etc. not a big deal but everything else is so great, it stands out.

Friendly staff, very intimate ambiance. Is like being in a cabin in the woods. Big portions for small kids next time we'll get only one kids meal for our 2 kids or share part of our own with one of them. My son loved the m&m's hot cocoa. Keep in mind Sunday's are really busy and you could end up waiting for an hour but if you go to their website you can easily join the waiting list before heading there easy-peace 😉. There are two benches outside for waiting or in their indoor waiting area when is cold out. Plenty of parking in front too. They also have some bakery goods in a pastry display from their sister Sammamish Cafe.
