Selena & her crew are the best ever, bar none, hands down, and whatever you need, you should hire them to do. Selena's taken my absolute Frankenstein monstrosity of a hundred-year-old house and made a beautifully designed, thoughtful, brilliant layout with detailed drawings for execution. She's been with me every step of the way. She warned me about my foundation before we started the project and got in over our heads, getting me in with a soils engineer as well as structural engineers to put together a plan for my foundation, then managed permitting for the foundation. She came to my rescue when my contractor quit without notice a month before I was scheduled to return and needed to have a house to move back into, connecting me with a construction company who was able to complete the work I needed immediately to be able to come home, which is no small task in a pandemic where you are competing with everyone else and their dog for construction services. She has at times played the role of designer, therapist, advisor, project manager, construction expert, and truly, a friend in the real meaning of the word. You won't find a more responsive, reliable, or competent person than Selena. I have had so many negative experiences with companies and individuals who have taken advantage of me, but Selena is as honest as the day is long and has always been in my corner. We are forever grateful to Selena and Sarabeth for helping us design and carry out our renovation! Our 1917 home had a funky layout and was in need of serious modernization. This was a massive project that involved tearing the interior out down to the studs. We went from a 2 bedroom/1 bath home, to a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home with a dedicated laundry room, with extensive upgrades to layout, style, functionality, and storage.

We can’t say enough good things about the experience so I’ll mention a few. From Day 1 the team was so fun to work with. With so many details and decisions it would have been easy to be overwhelmed, but Selena stepped us through every step of the process with care. From the 3D overviews, to shopping for materials, down to a full specification book for every fixture.

No problem was too great and no question was too small for them to tackle over many emails, texts, visits, and video chats. To boot, when the project broke ground, Selena was there every step of the way make sure our contractors had what they needed to execute the vision while we were out of town with family.

We hired Selena to help redesign our main level. She was great to work with. This was our first renovation of any size and she made the process easy. We walked through our ideas and budget - she was able to create three different 3D designs at different price points for us to chose from.

Once we picked our design she took us shopping for flooring, cabinets, counters, back splash, and everything else that goes into a full design. She was able to really slow down the process when she saw us being over whelmed. Always showed up with recommendations and additional choices to compare.

She was always on time for every appointment and made this really enjoyable for us. She handled the issues with the city and helped us chose our contractor and even worked with him when i was getting frustrated.
