Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Millbrook

We have been faithfully coming since the day they opened. The York’s there know us well and our drinks because we offer the same everyday. There is one particular girl ( fairly new). The first time she took my order, she was very dry, no interaction with a mad look of disgust on her face. When she handed me my drink , she handed it to me rudely with no emotion in her face and she had her hand over the top of my cup. I knew her vibes were very ‘unfriendly and unpleasant’, but when I received my drink she just looked at me with straight disgust face and says ‘here ya go’. I felt uneasy. So I noticed when I drove off, she was in the window watching me drive off still looking disgusted. I threw that drink away. Yesterday, I went around 5:45 pm. I went to the window closer to the car wash. The firm that took my order was sweet as always. But the , the girl that I’m referring to ( white female heavy set) literally came to the window and looked at me a mumbled something and gave me a dirty look. I stopped my order and told the nice girl that i wasn’t going to order. I left. Since my first encounter with this girl whom I’m referring to, my husband and I literally make sure she’s not there before we order. Again, we’ve been faithfully going since the day Ellianos opened ! Never had a problem with anyone. I do t know what her problem is, but treating people with kindness and respect comes back to you. And if you don’t, that still comes back to you. I’m very uncomfortable with...

Overall, I have had great service since they opened, but there have been a few recent and consistent issues that can’t be overlooked. The latest incident happened today at 9:45 a.m. when my husband tried to order my usual bowl. He was informed that they would stop selling it in ten minutes. When he asked if he could still order it, the employee reiterated the same information. He then inquired if they had any left, to which she responded yes but asked if he wanted anything else. Confused, he declined and left without placing an order. I suspect this might be a communication issue, potentially due to the line. However, once they take your order, the food is prepared, so it shouldn’t affect the service! While I love the grits and my husband enjoys the Red Bull Rush, I don’t think we’ll be returning...

Ordered a coffee this morning 9/6/25 right after 7am. Was a new girl at the window. I always order the iced Venetian vanilla. Sometimes when ordering I can tell by the color it isn’t right. More Carmel color than white appearance. Tastes more like iced caramel latte. Today that’s what it looked like but I went ahead and took it cause I like them too. So no worries. OMG! When I took the first sip of it it tasted like straight up sugar. So so terribly sweet. Probably the worst coffee I’ve had there unfortunately…I even came home and tried to add more coffee to it but it was just too sweet. I ended up having to trash it.
