Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

Poor service and poor attitude towards employees, today I tried because there we’re having a promotion but nothing worked out so IBM taking $54 worth of food with no taste, chicken wings look like they are out of a oven at home.i wanted deliverers but he said u marked pick up , so he couldn’t give me a delivery and charged me it. And since you did online they can do you can only do online . I have made mistakes a hundreds of times after living in Erie for 32 and it’s very unlikely any pizza joint won’t fix your place. Domino’s had lost their taste and name ages ago, they were try to gain it back after half a century and they will not do it cause their manager doesn’t know how to treat customers. Without customer that building will be empty. I m considering that it is a franchase . I would request to the franchisee to pay attention to his business because all his employees will be working other places but you won’t have a business. I have seen it happen. . Ordered a take out order. Should have known something was up when they had a Domino’s delivery bag with Tips written on it proudly in n the counter. When I didn’t choose a tip when paying with Debit Card, I got a surprise when I got home. Hot sauce all over one of the 3 pizzas. Called the store, they said they to remake, but not to deliver. Asked to speak to the manager, and the man on the phone said he was the manager. I’d asked for his name and his reply was “No.” He knows my name, but apparently can’t extend the same courtesy. When looking up the Francis’s owner I found plenty of articles about the $300,000 in fines that the owner has for Labor Law infraction. Time to stop providing my business with them. I should’ve read the other reviews about this location needing to be nicer. I have ordered from this dominos several times, but this time I made a mistake and swapped two digits in the number I gave online. An hour goes by and I call to see where my pizza is. I calmly ask about where my pizza is since I have seen it’s been completed on the tracker for awhile. A nice girl answers the phone and looks up the information. But then I hear the driver angrily yelling in the background about trying to call me several times and leaving me a voicemail. I called with 0 hostility and was just trying to get my pizza, but now all I can focus on is his unprovoked screaming through the phone call.
